Heard this place was better than chipotle but I was proven wrong. Both woman and man working were rude. The lettuce was wilted so I asked if they have another bag and the guy said no. Small servings and the chicken tasted like rubber.
Would love to give them another chance but I rather not waste my money.

We went inside and were turned away because the store only takes “online orders.” Ridiculous. Not sure why there is an entire storefront specifically for online orders. This was at 8 PM on 11/3 and the store supposedly closes at 10 PM.

Staff is incredibly rude. The guy was giving us attitude because we took slightly longer to order because we were trying to calm down our upset child, and he shook his finger at me at one point like I was 3. Super sad because the food is good.

I love this QDOBA. It is always fresh and the service is great. We are always greeted when we walk in and the portion sizes are awesome. They care about the quality of their food and service. I highly recommend this location!

Amazing food, great staff and the amotsphere is very inviting. Unlike, the competition, this location hooks you up with the toppings. Guacamole is included and no extra charge. That alone is a win. I love the bowls and burritos. And their queso Diablo is where its at. I definitely recommend checking this place out if your in the area.

20250830 First time at Qdoba and promoted from the T-Mobile Tuesdays deal this week! Loved it! They make a bowl/burrito/salad/taco to your liking! Fresh ingredients! Definitely recommend! Plenty of shared plaza parking and dining tables inside. Friendly and helpful staff! Takes Apple Pay. See hours pix attached. 👍 TIP: They can do half half proteins! I recommend the new habanero lime steak and Birria steak! Not that spicy but very flavorful! 👍 enjoy!

Handed out the wrong order to the Uber Eats driver the first time. I reordered to get what I wanted and I get the burrito that they made the first time an hour before that. it's cold soggy and when I called the talk to somebody at the restaurant nobody answered the phone

I was reluctant to order from this restaurant because of the 4.2 star rating. But I read some more recent reviews and they were favorable. So I decided to order.

After I placed my order on Uber eats, I immediately called the store to make sure that the sauces that I ordered were on the side. First of all, it took me three calls to actually get a person. The first two went to voicemail. Laughable. You don't even have enough staff to pick up your phone? When a man finally picked up, he had a hard time understanding what I was trying to say, he was trying, but obviously my message did not get across correctly. He verified with me that my sauce would be on the side, but I asked him if he would send me a few extra sauces and that this was the first time I was trying his restaurant. He said sure. This gentleman was courteous, but with all due respect, not the one you want talking to customers only because of the language barrier.

I received my order with the three sauces that I requested, nothing extra as I had been promised and my bowl was missing the guacamole. Without the guacamole, and some extra sauce, most bowls like this can be very dry. When it comes to sauces, there's not even a way you can request three of the same sauce. They allow you to choose three on Uber eats, but you can't order three of the same sauce or even a way to pay for additional sauce.

The the adobo chicken I had was wonderful. To be honest, the bowl was pretty tasty. More tasty than Chipotle, so this is the place I would have gone back to, had my first experience not been so poor.

I tried to call back and get a number for their corporate office, but of course, it just went to voicemail. I called another location and the same thing happened. You can't make stuff like this up. I wish I was. Then, you go to their website, and there's not even a phone number to call. You have to give out all your personal information in a form to even contact this company.

Come on folks. It's 2025. Get a customer service telephone number if you really care. I completed the survey that they had on their receipt and requested a call back. I'm not going to hold my breath. And just to let you know Qdoba, if there had been a phone number I could have called, you probably would have avoided this negative review.

Follow up:
As if there wasn't enough negative during my experience, I completed the survey and also completed the section asking for a call back. After four business days, no call back. It's obvious this company does not care about their customers. I guess that shows why they have 4.1 stars. Why have a survey if you're not going to respond to it? It's just wasting your money. And wasting your customers time.
