From California, this place is just like a Chipotle but the ingredients seem to taste better. They have a mini bowl which my wife really liked. Other different options as well.Place was clean and nice.

I visited on 15 February 2024 ( This was my First Time trying a Qdoba Restaurant )..My experience went very well, I ordered the Surf & Turf Bowl and A Brownie via the App,And when I arrived my order was ready so that was a good sign of appropriate and quick service for me.The Food was Amazing and I definitely will be a returning visitor to try this place again.

Don't bother putting in an order online! Does you no good! I placed an online order and when I arrived at the designated pick up time, the order was not even started and the woman behind the counter told me to wait in the (long) line and order again. What was the point of ordering online to be picked up at a designated time if I just had to wait in line and order like I just walked in? 10 minutes go by and a man enters the building and starts the online orders but didn't even offer an apology for the inconvenience or anything even though my food should have been ready 15+ minutes ago. Sent in feedback per their email and never heard back. What horrible service and such an unprofessional and unorganized staff. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

the food was ok. I prefer Moe's and blue coast though because they have the salsa that can get yourself. the employee acted like i wasn't supposed to be asking for salsa?? I most likely will not be back.employees weren't too friendly

Tried their limited time item - loaded tortilla soup. It was mind-blowing! The taste, textures, flavors everything came together so well. A must try! The staff was really courteous and made the dish well. Highly recommend.
YOU SHOULD BE WARNED. This restaurant makes a small variety of dishes and assembles them like Subway sandwich shops do. You move down a cafeteria style line with a server who builds your order as you select the various items available. There if no table service. The food appears fresh, but the flavor is only passable - mediocre. The tables don't seemed to be wiped off by anyone but customers AND it is a CASHLESS place - you must use a credit card to pay AND you are presented with a mandatory tip of 10% or more when you check-out. 10% or more for what? When did we start tipping the cooks? I won't be back. I can't believe they can stay in business with this model. I really RESENT being told I MUST TIP WHEN I DON"T RECEIVE WAIT SERVICE. It's a bad trend and we consumer should REVOLT!!

I received superb service on my last visit. The staff was very courteous, efficient and very kind-hearted. The food was superb and I'm very much appreciative that their vegetarian tortilla soup is back and I highly recommend this dish! They let you add all kinds of ingredients of your choosing to the soup such as fajita vegetables and queso which enhance the dish significantly. The interior is spacious and brightly colored with large windows as I recall which makes it very pleasant to dine in although I usually order to go. The prices are also reasonable and they have a loyalty and birthday program that is beneficial as well!

I eat here at least twice a week. This place is so good and they don’t try and nickel and dime you for every little thing. Staff is always very nice and seem like they actually care when putting together my food. The guys working Wednesdays at 3pm are the best
