I'm only speaking on the BAR side, NOT the restaurant.No lie, the bartender didn't greet us, seemed like he didn't want to serve us. Made us really feel unwelcome.Food- all I had was fries cause they couldn't make the salad I wanted.Atmosphere was quiet & cold, felt like the morgue. I'm sure if the bartender had a personality & talked to us, I'd have something better to say.

We stopped going there for awhile because the owner does not treat her waitresses very nice. She needs to sell the place to someone who cares about their employees.

I ordered the prim rib and was excited to have a good meal. My boyfriend ordered a burger. We both found hair in our meals. We did take out so we ended up throwing our food away. Really thought this hole in the wall place would be good.

Restaurant good; however, the Bayside is boring. Slots are set at minimum. 10 cents and good luck getting into a bonus. Total rip-off.Neighborhood gambling bar should have penny slots just might attract more patron. But, owners probably don't care about us late at night. People spending are hard earned money bc they make it on breakfast and lunch. Just saying...

Service was bad. It took 10 minutes for the waitress to put an order in for our ice teas and another 10 minutes for our drinks to come out. My food was not warm enough to eat. Server was bad. Group of elderly ladies loud and gossiping about other ppl. Did not like the vibe.

We Moved to Henderson Nevada Literally on New Years Eve 2023 Had a Reservation for 7 Made it just in Time We had the Prime Rib it was Delicious with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Veggies Waitress was Nice Made Sure Our Food was to Our Liking and Pitcher was Full We Couldn't Finish the Prime Rib Brought it Home Making Homemade Beef Stroganoff Out of it

We recently went to Rae’s for dinner, it turned out to be the worst service experience I can remember. They sat us at a table with menus. No one stopped by the table for at least 35 minutes, when the only waitress we saw, stopped at the table to tell she had a couple more things to do and would be back to take our orders. We waited another 30 minutes before we had enough and left. We wasted over an hour waiting for nothing. They have lost customers forever because of the horrible service.

Came in tonight the server wouldn't even seat us. Said she had too many tables to bus and that she was by herself. Lost us as well as another couple for dinner . Probably won't be coming back either . It's a shame and one of our places we go regularly. Very rude lady

Aside from being outdated hole in the wall when I order a half chicken dinner I seem to get two thighs all the time. That’s not the worst of it. The mean nasty manager patty. Just rude and miserable. If you aren’t gaming she simply despises you. I asked for a table top thing to eat and got called an idiot. Ask for a drink and when she has gamers she says right to you she can’t because she has gamers. Liked her when this dive is empty but just a few gamers come in and you get completely ignored. I didn’t sit in front of a game, there are empty spots to eat at the bar. Today after giving it another chance she walked by me at least 10 times. Never even looked at me. I have a you tube channel with 115k subs and 50 million views. She’s so short sided and don’t care about anyone other than a gambler she is rude to the wrong person and I will make sure the owner knows what kind of manager she has.

Years ago I loved this place so I tried it again but was disappointed; the breakfast was mediocre, no draft beer, and the air conditioning was not working on a hot day so the place was hot.
