Restaurant online states opens @ 9am.. but they’re still closed. There people waiting outside and no one’s answering the drive thru.. Why change time the time frame & not be available for customers ?

If you go to this canes on 7550 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89123.. they’re open on the times they claim online

Forgets something everytime! By the time we pull away, go back go in, show the receipt someone, often a manager is always in a mood, questions if we really got it, and then gives us what’s missing with an attitude like I wanted to get out and come in and deal with them. I stopped going for a long time but since one of my kids has only a few particular foods that to eat out, I’ve tried and always a problem. We did have someone off us a free meal to come back. I declined. I wasn’t informing them for free food, just to make them aware of the inconvenience and frustration. Coming back anytime soon will likely lead to more frustration so best we just go elsewhere for us.

Please fix your septic/bathroom issue. Bathrooms smelled absolutely rancid and the aroma was trailing outside. Sister gagged leaving the restaurant. Other than that the food and service was great but it was honestly a disgusting experience.

Like coming here, for the most part its great. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Only sometimes the chickens are a little small and the coke machine could use some dialing in, its a little flat and the coke isn’t really “cokee” enough but other than that the service is great and the food is great. Fries are crisp and chicken yummy, I’m a weirdo that actually likes the coleslaw. Bathrooms always clean when I’ve visited.

There was a beard hair in my food order I ordered around 20 minutes ago from right now not mine I have been shaved they need to enforce beard nets and front cashier needs to pay a tad bit more attention to things.
