This was our second visit. The first time was amazing! This visit was not! The server took at least 10 minutes to come and ask us what we would like to drink, The drinks took then another 10 minutes, which was just a beer and a water and then we were asked what we would like to order after we got our Ramen. I asked the server if I could order a dessert parfait it was 1038 and she informed me that they were closed. I said you guys don't close till 11. She said the kitchen closes at 10:30. I feel like if I was already in there eating I should've had the option to have dessert. The service was overall bad and I probably won't return just because of the service.

Tonkatsu Ramen is so tasty and delectable. It was so satisfying.
The server was extremely wooden and disengaged, only chatting with other staff, which came across as really stupid. The mixed noodles were completely inauthentic — why on earth would you put sugar in mixed noodles?! It was an absolute disaster. Japanese people wouldn’t like this, Americans wouldn’t like this either — it’s a totally confused, nonsensical approach. Doesn’t anyone say this tastes bad?!

So glad we found this place one of the best ramen spots I've tried here in Vegas. I can see why they are on the top list of best ramen in the U.S. We ordered chicken kaarage , pork gyoza, miso ramen & matcha mochi for dessert. Great customer service and the restaurant was clean. Definitely coming back here highly recommend if you want some good ramen.
The Spicy Miso Ramen is a fiery masterpiece, with thick noodles that grab onto the rich miso broth, delivering a symphony of flavors with every bite. The pork is tender, the soft boiled egg is perfectly jammy, and the bamboo shoots and green onions add a refreshing crunch.
But don't stop there! The Chicken Ramen with Shrimp Wonton is a revelation. The broth, infused with chicken and seafood, dances gracefully with wavy noodles. It's simple, elegant, and utterly delicious.
And oh, Chicken Wings! Sprinkled with white and black pepper and sesame seeds, they're crispy, savory, and simply irresistible. Don't forget to try the Chili Soboro Bowl, a comforting rice bowl with sweet and spicy ground pork, or the Gyoza, perfectly pan-fried pork potstickers.
If you have any room left, the Giant Japanese Matcha Parfait is a must. It's a whimsical creation of cornflakes, mochi, Castella, vanilla and Matcha ice cream, red bean paste, whipped cream, kinako powder, and brown sugar syrup.
Plus, with happy hour from 11 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, and fun events like the Halloween Maid event on October 30 and 31, there's always a reason to visit. Ramen Ebisu isn't just a restaurant; it's an experience.
