The place has nice vibes upon walk in. The server was attentive. There are plenty of col things on the menu. The food was great. I got the brothless ramen and there are so many things that come with it in the bowl. It was tasty.

The server was extremely wooden and disengaged, only chatting with other staff, which came across as really stupid.
The mixed noodles were completely inauthentic — why on earth would you put sugar in mixed noodles?! It was an absolute disaster.
Japanese people wouldn’t like this, Americans wouldn’t like this either — it’s a totally confused, nonsensical approach.
Doesn’t anyone say this tastes bad?!

So glad we found this place one of the best ramen spots I've tried here in Vegas. I can see why they are on the top list of best ramen in the U.S. We ordered chicken kaarage , pork gyoza, miso ramen & matcha mochi for dessert. Great customer service and the restaurant was clean. Definitely coming back here highly recommend if you want some good ramen.
