We were seated 20 minutes after our reservation and there were plenty of empty tables. We then waited 10 minutes for the server to come by and take drink orders. He brought the drinks in shifts, then delivered rolls without plates or napkins. He said they had no silverware so it would be a wait for napkins. Food arrived in a decent time and was prepared well and to order. Waiter stopped by once to check but we had to flag him down to get crackers for the crab legs and drink refills. I'd say the problem here is lack of staff and management support. If you love their food and don't mind long waits and spotty service, then you'll be fine here.

Food is overpriced, quality of the crab legs was poor, potatoes serviced with the crab legs were burnt. Had to ask for butter with the bread. Coconut shrimp were cold and they were out of the the sauce. Server was good.

I had a coupon for a free kids meal with purchase from the rewards app. I showed them the code and the coupon before they finalized the check. They said because I pressed redeem, it says I already used the coupon. What? They saw me present the coupon and it provided a code. They refused to take off the charge. I've been coming to red lobster more frequently since they released the seafood boil. This will be my last time eating there.

We've been to a couple Red Lobsters in Las Vegas and weren't too impressed, this one in Henderson does it better. I would have taken more pics of the seafood but my hands got a little messy 🦞
