I always love coming to Red Ribbon — their cakes just hit the spot every time! The store has a cozy, welcoming vibe, and everything looks so fresh and inviting. I especially want to thank Dulter, the store supervisor. He was super friendly and made sure we were taken care of. You can really tell they care about their customers. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out!

I went to this store and bought a cake for my mother’s birthday. It was hectic day, the preparation was awful but their staff member dulter helped me and made my day. Helped me with the cake, and even made suggestions. It was a great experience!!! I’d give him 10 stars if I can

For the first time ever, we were disappointed with not fully cooked ensaimada. They’ve been 100% until now so hopefully this is a fluke.

Dulter was really helpful and knowledgeable.

I dropped by for a quick snack and tried the Butter Mamon—so soft, fluffy, and buttery, it basically melts in your mouth. Super satisfying with coffee! The place was clean and well-managed, and I noticed Supervisor Dulter checking in with guests and helping the staff. It’s rare to see that kind of hands-on leadership. Really impressed!
