The food was appropriate for the price. Better than fast food. The service was lacking as beer refill didn't occur. The floor was filthy but to be fair large parties with kids left as we were coming in. We should have sat in the adult bar area instead.

Been in multiple times with decent service. But last night will have us never returning to this location. 6pm on a Friday you expect it to be busy. But we actually got seated immediately. But unfortunately that was the highlight of our visit. We actually ended up sitting at the bar. The bar tender came over and took our drink orders, and food order. Yes we had enough time to pick our meal and drinks before even being greeted. Then we got to wait. And wait. 1 hour later, we gave up and asked for our check for our drinks. Then still another 5 minutes later, what would you know. Our food came out, looking soggy and cold. You could just tell looking at the fries, our food had been sitting for a long time. We didn't even accept our food to the table, we just wanted to go. So after went sent our food back, it was another few minutes till the bar tender came over and said she would been taking care of our drinks and stated the manager was too busy to take care of it then. WOW what a terrible manager. A manager should drop what they are doing and come talk to us and offer to take our bill, or even try and get us to come back in the future. Overall performance of the staff was terrible.

We’ve been here couple of times. Service is not good. Have to ask for tissues couple of time & it takes them for ever to bring some. In my opinion, tissues & silverware shall be brought to the table prior to serving the food. It takes them forever to refill your drink. Over all not good service out here.

There were 4 of us in our group, 2 of whome had dietary restrictions. The staff was very caring and went out of way to make sure everything came out as ordered.

It's one of the last places that have a buffet, and on Friday It's a buffet crab night all you can eat.
And of course they have the restaurants and it's a casino.

I don’t wanna name drop the server’s name but he would not honor the Monday special that is on every table in our section, would not split the checks as specified upon request and even said if you don’t wanna tip me because of it then don’t tip me. That’s a server that is telling me to eff off. So no tip and potentially no return to this restaurant if it can’t handle a simple 4 top split check.

They refuse customers if they get slightly busy. Per Manager Sarah on this day, because they are busy they cannot let anyone to the bar for a drink and appetizer. The place is not even half full so hopefully the district manager catches wind of Sarah refusing customers when they come up short on profits for the month.

The bottomless fries are good but overly salted. The portion is getting smaller and smaller. Even the hamburgers seem to be getting smaller, but the prices get higher and higher go figure. We went on a Sunday afternoon and the place was packed with families with their multiple children so it was a bit noisey. The waitress we had was not very attentive, the table next to us had a large group and someone knocked over a glass of ice water and they just let the water drip all over the table onto the floor, no one ever cleaned it up not even the waitstaff. Doubt I'll go back there again.

Time Queen

2/4/25, 2 years later the service is still bad. WHY? There was no one to greet us at 4pm so we went to the bar and no one behind it. We sat there for 10 minutes trying to get help. As we were getting ready to leave, finally someone came. We ordered two bud lights and they were both flat. Young bar tender did not know how to pour beer, you need head on your beer, see picture as it was delivered. This would never pass in Germany. The only friendly guy was the one who brought our Tuesday burger which was good along with the fries. We had to flag someone down to pay and then the price was wrong. Never coming back! RED ROBIN HAS LOST ITS CHARM. Customer service sucks., it appears many don't like working for tips anymore.

7/23/22 my friend and I stopped here after shopping around 4:00. Thankfully it was nice and cool, because the mall was hot. It was not that busy but the hostess was unorganized. We just wanted to sit in the bar and were asked to wait to be seated, so others went in front of us. He did apologize but when we got to the bar there was no bar tender and no one to wait on us. It was empty, and it became very frustrating. We had to flag someone down for water and a beer. Waiters all seemed to be on a break. We were finally told they were short handed. The service was very poor, it then took 40 minutes to get our meal, we were close to walking out. The computer on the table said they were hiring. We watched the employees and they were very unorganized or new. After getting our meal 40 minutes later we complained.
My friends chicken sandwich was good, my fries were hot which I appreciated but my burger was cold. I was not even asked how I wanted it cooked. Soon after, we received royal treatment and a discount on our bill. John, Jenn and the bartender all apologized.
There are no more Red Robin Coasters either. This was not the customer service of Red Robin that we were used to, but they made up for it at the end and received a great tip. WE used to get asked if we wanted more fries too, but not today! I suggested they contact the One Stop and Nevada Job Connect to hire some people. Red Robin still has great burgers!
