Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The food was better than fast food.
We got their fries and burger deals.
The burgers were smaller than I expected but for the price it matches the size. Didn't get offered a fry basket refill and they didn't ask if we wanted more drinks.

The floor was filthy but to be fair we were sitting in the family friendly area and 2 large parties just left on our way in. We are adults and should have sat in the bar.

Went to this Red Robin on a cold, rainy weekday night. The food itself was just okay, nothing remarkable, but the service was genuinely excellent. Our server was attentive, kind, and kept things moving even though the restaurant was busy.

What really stood out, though, was how the staff treated a homeless man who came in from the cold. Instead of turning him away or acting bothered, they showed real compassion and humanity. They made sure he had something warm to eat and treated him with dignity. Watching that made a bigger impression on our family than anything on the menu.

The food may have been meh, but the heart of the team here is five stars. In a world where people look the other way, they didn’t and that deserves to be recognized.

Busy... the staff were friendly.I'm not sure I got the loyalty points because the kiosk at the table didn't accept my card.So the waitress took care of it.

The things they claim are spicy aren't. The food tasted good, but the new Jalapeno burger with 3 pepper symbols next to it has what I can only describe as the weakest/mildest jalapeno peppers I've ever encountered. Also, the Madlove is back, but it's somehow not as good as before. They've really gone downhill from how they used to be.

Parking: Parking is behind the building, there's a walk around to the entrance.

I took my mom here and it was very nice, Nina the hostess was extremely nice and held the door for her as my mom is handicapped, the food was great the service was awesome! We especially loved the Donatos pizza, we even came back the next night to get one!
