Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The things they claim are spicy aren't. The food tasted good, but the new Jalapeno burger with 3 pepper symbols next to it has what I can only describe as the weakest/mildest jalapeno peppers I've ever encountered. Also, the Madlove is back, but it's somehow not as good as before. They've really gone downhill from how they used to be.

Parking: Parking is behind the building, there's a walk around to the entrance.

I took my mom here and it was very nice, Nina the hostess was extremely nice and held the door for her as my mom is handicapped, the food was great the service was awesome! We especially loved the Donatos pizza, we even came back the next night to get one!

The burger was good. Finally didn't come over cooked. The fries were lukewarm and it took 25 minutes to get more fries.

Ive been here multiple times. And amazing place to just get a great burger and classic.

The reason im sharing today as opposed to prior is because what started as a somewhat bad experience got turned around because Ciara, saw we hadn't been served and swooped in to help us although she was excessively busy.

Honestly, great service is always hard to find, and when you find someone call them out. I look forward to seeing her again and I wish her the best no matter what. Thank you Ciara, and for the great service and your amazing personality.

Nice ambiance , cool up to hip music .Service was amazing , I was able to get everything me and my partner asked for no questions or issues , food all came out at the same time and I had 3 baskets of fries 🍟 just from them being extremely generous me accommodating for bottomless fries .Management and our server both had our backs and best interest at heart! Extremely clean table areas ; saw them sanitizing with lots of soap and water myself. I’ve lived out here for 3 years and out of everyone I’ve been so far , this is at the top of my list for quality ! It’s hard finding this . GREAT JOB MANAGEMENT AND STAFF🥰🌈 and thank you for your wonderful service ! And your smiles ! Pulled over to write my review hahaha ! If you normally go to the one in the mall; start coming here ! Wayyy better

Evening started great we placed our order and the server brought our FF. Then we got our drinks except mine, I ordered a chocolate shake. Then we got our food, the burgers were great, STILL NO SHAKE! Asked the server 2x about it too!! We ate asked about the shake again and was told it's being made? Finished our meal and finally here comes the shake in a "to go" cup, no tin backup as advertised!! Got our check and the server didn't charge me for the shake. Thank God!
That whole situation ruined our night and meal, I think they should have done more for this unexcusable situation. Oh well, also no manager ever came to our table.

Kid-friendliness: Had to wait five minutes for the manager to come to open a cash register to pay a tap, then I decided to pay cash to get out of there. It took me under five minutes to just pay it with cash and get my return change.
