Honestly im kinda disappointed...looking at the lowest reviews-- I thought they were outdated since theyre 2 years old. Going here sucked. Everytime I ordered, it would be wrong and severely overpriced. For example, the day i left i ordered the 9 dollar kids pancake meal togo for my kid since we were about to go.(usually comes with potatoes and yogurt) You know what they gave me? 14 dollar pancakes and like 6 dollar side of bacon. Crazy.
I also dont understand the concept of small overpriced food...like yeah its good but im not really happy spending like 12 dollars on a puck and a smear of berry sauce. Like what is that dude??? Honestly the only thing I liked about the restaurant was that it was close by, servers were very sweet and it was a nice restaurant. But damn dude, where is the rest of this cheesecake???
I didn't want to make a fuss at the restaurant but ive spent like 100 dollars on the food and I only stayed here for 2 days.
That is absurd. Im not just complaining about the price though because if they gave you the right order and the right portion, it would be the best place ever but what the heck??

Stayed at Westin and they gave breakfast buffet so went to give a try but not at all happy.Service was very slow and the waitress doesn’t care.Pancakes are the worst.Not a single dish was up to the mark.Made to order omelette is the only thing kind of ok to try.

The host was little arrogant when I couldn’t remember my room number . The waiter a bit too high energy. Other days staff was discussing issues in dining room and was not very professional .
The buffet is so so. The a la carte menu breakfast is good.

I was first concerned before I came here for lunch. However, my experience here was great! Their food isn't too greasy or salty and their vege options are not only healthy but quite delicious! We ordered a Tuscan flat bread, Smoked chicken quesadilla, Farro Mushroom pilaf and buffalo chicken wings. Gloria was a great server for us. I'm going to return for sure!

I can’t imagine why this place has such low ratings. Came here twice while staying at the Westin and had amazing, friendly service and very good food. And people complaining about prices, you’re at a RESORT. What do you expect? lol Would definitely recommend! My breakfast omelet was delicious and the blueberry pancakes with acai compote and toasted coconut was bomb!

Chinese chicken salad, really really good. Fresh, flavorful, right amounts of everything. Server was fabulous. Quiet, as it was pretty late. So much better than a lot of other hotel restaurants. Salad reasonable $, the prosecco made it pricier.

Terrible! Went here when I was pregnant and ordered a salad. The lettuce was completely pink and disgusting. I was terrified being pregnant and receiving a meal full of bacteria. Disgusting!!!!
I definitely enjoyed Rick's Cafe! By the way this is the food that is used for room service. I will say that it seems like the employees are probably overworked and we're exhausted. Other than that I definitely enjoyed the food and the service!
