I don't understand why everyone raves about this place and why reservations are so hard to get some times. I finally tried this place for the first time after many years of hearing about it. The food was awful! Both the meatballs and the chicken parm were burnt on the bottom, the chicken was dry and chewy, I'm guessing it was from the day before. The tomato sauce had a way too much oregano. So disappointed!!

We were looking for some place to eat at 7pm on a Sunday and nothing was sounding good. Did a quick search and ended up settling on Ristorante Italiano. Wasn't quite sure what to expect being in a small older locals casino, but we were both pleasantly surprised. It's a small room which was actually part of the charm for us. It was quiet and we were able to enjoy conversations throughout our meal without having g to yell or speak loudly over music. Working in restaurants for nearly 20 years, I saw there were some misses at the start of our meal, but the quiet charm, food and over all experience more than made up for any minor missteps. The food came out quick and everything was pretty tasty. Our server Stevie was amazing. Very personable and was easily able to joke with us and other tables around us without coming off as rude or fake. I heard her mention she was the only server on, but she stayed on top of everything pretty well. The portions were great and the prices were amazing. Working on the strip for so many years, I've become used to easily spending over $100 not including tip for what usually ends up being just average at best meals and typically the place is loud and just ok. This place was a pleasant surprise that happens to be close to home, has a great atmosphere, is quiet, service was solid, food was tasty and the pricing was a nice surprise. We will definitely be back to try other times we were both looking at! Please tell Stevie she did an excellent job managing all the tables! She is an absolute asset to your team.

We went here because it has a higher rating and we were able to get a Groupon deal. But we won't come again. When we were seated, the hostess passed an empty booth and put us at a table in the middle. We asked if we could have the booth and she was visibly annoyed with our request. The server barely came to our table. She was too focused on one table. I had to ask the manager for refills on drinks. The manager never refilled them. Never checked on our food. We received our bread after appetizers and after our entrees arrived. Waited 20 mins for our server to come by so we could order our dessert. She never came so we asked for the bill and left.Their prices are way too high for mediocre Italian. There are so many delicious Italian restaurants in the valley. My chicken Angelo was $22. The chicken was tough, the sauce was off. My husband's lasagna was ok. No complaints about it, but it also wasn't amazing for the price.Several of these reviews on here are clearly employees or ai just to boost ratings. It's a small Italian restaurant in a very small casino.

I couldn't get a same day reservation at Azzurra Cocina so we decided to try here. The other reviews were really good. The only thing I can guess is anyone who wrote a 5 star review has never eaten good Italian food. I wanted to like it and believe that the old El Dorado Casino has been upgraded since it's now The Pass Casino, but, sadly, it's not. Not much has changed at all. It is small and quiet, which was a plus, and our waitress was on top of things, so that's where the 2 stars comes from. The bruschetta was very tasty, except the bread was soaked, actually dripping, with oil. There was a puddle of oil under the bruschetta. The baked ziti was flavorless and served in a cast iron dish which imparted a metallic taste to the food. The sauce was lacking seasoning, the sausage was so mild as to be tasteless and I have no idea what was in the meatball it was so bland. My wife had the chicken marsala. With the exception of the cast iron dish, the comments are about the same; bland and flavorless. We won't be going back and I do not recommend eating there.

Ristorante Italiano is a fabulous, friendly, Italian Restaurant. From the time you enter until you are ready to leave you feel welcomed. A great selection of food and wine. The food is favoloso. You are never rushed. The service and servers are so friendly and attentive. Check out this wonderful gem in Henderson, you'll be happy you did.

The restaurant itself has a beautiful atmosphere. The menu has recently been updated. Now the cafe next door closes on weekend evenings so this restaurant has an updated menu with half Italian selections and half cafe selections. That was a bit of a turnoff. The service was fair, but it was fairly busy. I'd rate the food 5/10, service 7/10 and value 6/10.

Difficult to get in because of construction and there were no signs to direct diners. We meandered through a smoky casino getting directions from a casino attendant. We had a 6:30 reservation along with several others. We're seated at 7 pm. After that we experienced a great dinner, drinks, and service!

Needed a last minute Reservation for Valentine's Day and was pleasantly surprised by Ristorante Italiano. The only negative was having to walk through the smoky casino to get there. And the restaurant is connected/inside the casino so the smoke lingers a bit before you are able to get into the atmosphere/wine/food/etc. Food and service were top notch. Waitress super attentive and perceptive(she ordered our dessert without us having to ask) We ordered the bruschetta for an app, maybe the best we've ever had. It was warm, crispy, flavorful. Due to Ash Wednesday we didn't try any meat related dishes. But had the shrimp scampi(jumbo shrimp in an amazing wine sauce) and lobster ravioli (in a crab sauce. Decadent and delicious). Would definitely go back.

This place is underrated. Absolutely delicious food. I've been here a couple times and I can strongly recommend the baked ziti and the fettuccine Alfredo is soooo good. Let me tell you I have had chicken fettuccine Alfredo at 100 places in this town and this ranks up there with the best of them. Definitely a must try if you near the area.

The steak I had was extremely hard to chew. I'm going to bring it home for my dog's. My wife's fettuccine alfredo was overcooked and the sauce was terrible, but the waiters are great, good people but they will not ask how was your meal was because they know.

We have been here's few times before last night. Last night everything was great except the spagetthie /marinara sauce seemed a little off in flavor. We heard a rumor that the management was recently changed so maybe the cook/chef was changed too. Hopefully the sauce will be better next time.

The service was a little bit slow because of a new person, but she had numerous tables and didn't have answers for some things shevhad tobask about. But she was nice and when moving very fast. Food was great, especially for the prices, the blackberry, ricotta cheesecake is a killer.
