Ordered a chicken,rice, and whole black bean burrito. Got a chicken and refried bean burrito. This is after repeating my order 5 times! You'd think for $15, you would get what you ordered. And the burrito was mostly refried beans. The only thing that had flavor was the tiny little dallop of guacamole.I will not be back!

After, two wrong orders with Cashier Karina at this location its best to post this review now after todays incident . Last, Sunday called to order steak breakfast burrito, carne asada burrito and steak taco and after repeating my order like 5x to her she still got my order wrong put GUACAMOLE. SHE put me on hold LIKE always always when you call she knew I kept calling because you have called id too! If she cant handle being a cashier and the stress that comes with it then maybe this is not the job for her! Today, Saturday 12/16 called in a Simple order at 10:30am 1-breakfast ham burrito, 1-Bacon breakfast burrito and 1- Steak Breakfast burrito with no pico de gallo, I repeated my order like more then 3x times and still got it wrong. Mind you she put me on hold for almost 5 minutes I had already called 2x and she hung up on me, them wouldn't answer when she finally answered wanted to put mw on hold I said nope your not putting me on HOLD again, I said my husband picked order and you gave him steak asada burrito, I said dont you listen 1-steak breakfast Burrito I said its not ok and you charged $30 your wrong!!! Management needs to train her better and also needs to tell her to stop starring at customers like in lala land or like are you done ordering and PAY ATTENTION TO ORDER AND NOT PUT PEOPLE ON HOLD CAN HANDLE IT DONT WORK THERE!!! WHY IS IT WHEN I CALL AND PLACE MY ORDER WITH MARISOL, SHE ALWAYS LISTENS REPEATS ORDER AND IS SO FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE! KARINA NEEDS TO DO THE SAME OR YOUR GOING TO LOSE CUSTOMERS!! IM A CUSTOMER WHO ALWAYS ORDERS, BUT NOW HAVING SECOND THOUGHTS ABOUT RIVAS-WARM SPRINGS! PLEASE TRAIN HER BETTER!!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

If I could give 1000 stars I would. Hands down best steak nacho's I have ever had in life. Clean restaurant and fast friendly service. My husband got steak tacos and he was equally satisfied. You have to try this place. Absolutely euphoric I think I had an out of body experience when eating my nachos.

Love this neighborhood taco spot. Delicious crispy carne asada fries. Chicken plate is healthy and delicious. Parking sucks but that's not their fault, that DQ is always bumping. Recently however they close before the time listed on their website. Can't call orders in after 1030 bcuz they won't answer the phone! So we zoomed over there and the lights were off at 1045! Please abide by your listed hours especially on the weekends. Thanks!
Charged me twice when I told her the payment had already gone through. She tried to tell me I was wrong even though my bank showed it- this happens a lot in Henderson and Vegas…She messed up the order, really just not paying attention.Salad was ok, but not much to it really just lettuce and chicken.Everyone was kind, just really not very on it at all.Definitely would not recommend it nor go back at all.Pretty weak overall.
