This location refused to honor the March 2nd free rice and beans upgrade special with purchase of a burrito. I asked for a chicken burrito and mentioned the special and they said they didn’t know anything about any special and charged me for rice and beans. I won’t return to this location again. BAD SERVICE!

We usually go to Bermuda/Cactus location and we like it. Anywhere else including this location we get disappointed. Tortilla smells bad, FF in a burrito is raw

Paid extra for items and almost 2 dollars for sour cream and never received them. I got the guacamole rolled tacos and it came with about a teaspoon of guacamole. Prices are too high to not be receiving what I paid for

The food is generally just ok at this location. The last two times I’ve come, my breakfast burrito was substantially smaller than at other locations. I mean, a visually noticeable difference and I can’t figure out why. Figured this should be a pretty straight across the board item

Went for a late night snack & there was no line & the food came out very quick. The cashier was super helpful & she told us about the deal going on.

By far this is the best Roberto’s in Las Vegas 10/10 I highly recommend

I found great eats and friendly service. The cutest Christmas tree I've seen all season. I left with a full stomach and a joyful heart. Highly recommend!

Went in to make an order was nobody there to take the order so I waited eventually got someone to come to the front then when I received my food it was no flavor the tortilla tastes like it had expired took two bites since I already made it home just threw it away normally great

I stopped by here on a work trip. I ordered the rolled tacos which were basically taquitos. I enjoyed my meal and though it was very fair for the price. The meat tasted good and was very tender. My colleague ordered the beef torta and reported he was pleasantly surprised by the nice combinations of flavors and quality of the bread. Another co worker ordered the chicken rolled tacos and did not like her meal. Overall, I think this establishment is well worth the money. It was fast, convenient and cheap. I would absolutley return here.
