I love Roberto's in Henderson! We live in Arizona and every time we go into Las Vegas for anything, we stop at Roberto's. Their food is always delicious! I get the Carnitas Super Nachos (No Cotija Cheese 🤢)... delicious!! My husband loves the Al Pastor or Carne Asada fries. We've had several items on the menu and everything has been outstanding!
Aside from the food being so good, everyone that works here is nice, courteous and professional. To top it off, the place is immaculately clean! I have never seen anything dirty here. The bathrooms, floors, tables, everything is super clean and it always smells clean.
You cannot go wrong here. If you want amazing Mexican food, great service and a clean place to eat... THIS IS THE PLACE!! My family and I love it!

I've been to a few Roberto's Taco Shops and I have mostly enjoyed the food. I stopped at the Horizon Ridge location for lunch when driving through Henderson. I ordered the #1 combo - cheese enchilada and beef taco. The taco shell was in pieces, but I managed with a fork and knife. It was the enchilada that was of poor quality - the cheese inside the enchilada was not melted. It was just grated, cold yellow cheese. As my Spanish language skills are pretty non-existent, as was the English language skills of the cashier I tried to communicate the problem to, I left completely dissatisfied.

I sent an email and photos to the franchisor and Isabel Guerra replied to my email. She offered me a refund or replacement meal, but I had to drive 55 miles to get the refund or replacement meal. I asked Isabel to either mail me the refund or make arrangements at a location close to me and she declined. She actually refused and expected me to drive 55 miles for a $12.35 refund. The biggest shocker for me was Isabel explaining in her email that their cheese doesn't melt - it just gets soft! What? In an enchilada? Given this poor, actually terrible, approach to customer 'service', I will not go back to Roberto's. Doesn't matter to a customer if the store is a corporate or franchisee, the franchisor is the one that suffers. No more Roberto's for me due to the careless handing of a customer complaint, which I tried to get them to make right before posting online about my experience.

We were absolutely hungry from long day at appointments and couldn't wait any longer to get something to eat. This was our last stop before a long stretch of road with no stops. We went into Roberto's and were pleasantly surprised! The staff were warm and welcoming, the entire restaurant was clean, even smelled clean and the food we ordered was not only made fresh, made to order, it tasted AMAZING! Mt husband got his typical Carne Asada burrito and let me tell you, the flavor really packed a punch and the meat was so tender! He wasn't able to finish it all and tool the rest home. I see on the menu the chicken taco special (on Wednesday's) and decided ok that's a great deal, and I ordered four! Thinking they would be street taco size, they were not small! I had 4 regular size tacos! I laughed and proceeded to eat 2 of them and took the other 2 home! They were absolutely delicious and they say it's a 100 year old family recipe for their chicken tacos.
