We were absolutely hungry from long day at appointments and couldn't wait any longer to get something to eat. This was our last stop before a long stretch of road with no stops. We went into Roberto's and were pleasantly surprised! The staff were warm and welcoming, the entire restaurant was clean, even smelled clean and the food we ordered was not only made fresh, made to order, it tasted AMAZING! Well, gone are the days of full burritos. I remember the carne asada burritos used to be packed. Tonight, mine was almost empty of meat. It was literally a flat tortilla with maybe half a scoop of meat. Faustos it is.
