I visited last night (12/27/2025) at about 7:30pm to pick up dinner for my wife and I. I ordered our food and specifically asked for no guacamole on my wife's rolled tacos, as she is deathly allergic to avocado. When I received the food it had guacamole on it, which was not a big deal because I caught it before going home and asked them to fix the order. While they did remake the item, the cook proceeded to sing a song about mandilones and called me a pinche mentiroso when I reiterated that my wife is deathly allergic to avocados. The female cashier did not admonish the make cook, but seemed to find humor in his remarks. I am a light skinned Mexican, so they must have thought I did not speak any Spanish, thus were able to treat a steady customer with disdain and disrespect. Very disappointing, as my father in law and I live close to this establishment and frequent it regularly. Needless to say, we will not be returning to a place where this kind of customer service is to be expected, and will warn off all of our friends and family, especially when there are so many other options in the Vegas valley. Disappointed, disheartened, and frankly, disgusted.

Several large pieces of eggshell were in my breakfast burrito—each about the size of a nickel. A tiny shell slipping into food can happen, but not pieces this big, and not three of them. It honestly felt like half an egg’s shell ended up in my burrito.
Within the first few bites, I hit the first shell and spat it out, trying to move on. After the second, I realized how large the pieces were and started inspecting every bite. Sure enough, there was a third one.
There was only one person working in the store, and they both took my payment and cooked the food, which may have contributed. Still, this shows a lack of attention to food quality. This was my first visit to this location, and after this experience, I won’t be returning.

I like this robertos best I've eaten at several around town and this one by far have the best refried beans .Iv had bland or too salty to downright horrible.

Burritos were bland, the beans had no salt or flavor. They forgot to give me salsa and the avocado looks like it was sitting there for hours. Veggies had no crunch and the cheese was like rubber. Overpriced, tastes like a 3 dollar burrito when it was 9.99.
Even a white person could make a better burrito.

This place is the worst Roberto's the customer service is horrible this lady was training her kid and she was giving me the wrong change and she gave me the wrong order and I told her to give just my money back, and she's like do you have your receipt I was the only person in there, she was rude and disrespectful I'm never going back to that Roberto's again

Literally got this not even 20 minutes ago and it tastes for some reason like fish or cat food tempted to actually take it in and have it tested. This is not a tamale other than that everything was fine but now I'm questioning the fact that he went back and I heard the toilet flush. If I could post a picture of it up I would. I am legitly mad I just got off work that was the haven't got to eat all day go to get food and it wasn't even worth it.

I’ve been eating at Roberto‘s taco shop since they open the very first one in imperial Beach when it comes to Mexican food there is no better food on earth than Roberto‘s taco shops. I live in Sioux Falls South Dakota anytime I go through Las Vegas or get close to imperial Beach or Chula VistaIt’s a must always stop and eat Roberto’s tacos. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, I wish they would go nationwide. I’d help them do it. I grew up with the owners of the family through grade school in the middle school in high school. I’m an over the road truck driver and get a stop through here often makes me a happy camper.

Ordered a asada burrito w rice, beans & cheese. Rice, beans & cheese were alright. However, I had to remove the asada meat. Tasted old & over seasoned. Could not eat it.
