Outstanding local Hawaiian food. Some of the best chicken teriyaki I’ve ever had. Friendly service and nice casual atmosphere. Great for a lunch stop. Highly recommend.

I ordered the beef stew and chicken cutlet mini plate. Was quoted 15-20 min. 30 minutes later I get my food. My rice and beef stew were luke warm. Other ppl have come in and ordered and left with their food. I just feel like they totally forgot about me soo annoying. U literally just had to cook 1 plate. Very disappointed

This is the first time we, my wife and I, went to Ross J’s Aloha Café.

We recently moved from Hilo; Hawaii and we were ONO for some Hawaiian food. We went in for breakfast and got two (PSR’s) Portuguese sausage eggs and rice plates.

The lady at the front/cashier’s area, was busy answering the phone, taking phone orders, taking walk in orders, taking food out to customers and clearing/cleaning the tables, but she was very nice and welcoming. Give the lady a raise, she did it all!

There was ample parking available, a good number of customers inside and coming and going, the tables were clean.

The best part, the food, it was excellent!! The rice was perfect; eggs were cooked and prepared very well and the Portuguese sausage was just like back in Hawaii.

We are surely coming back to Ross J’s Aloha Café for more Ono grinds….

Mahalo for bringing a part of the Islands to Henderson, Nevada.

Old staple. I was going to this place since it was located across the street. It does get busy during the lunch hour rush. Workers are always pleasant. Food is decent and consistent.

This is THE island authentic hawaiian food in Vegas. There’s no jawaiian music to help the restaurant’s ambience feel more island-like, the food speaks for itself. It’s 100% like having unko or auntie cook when you visit them on the islands. Everytime i’m in town for business or pleasure i eat here everyday! Come here and don’t expect glam and modern restaurant. This is island food and establishment through and through. Like it was plucked out of the islands and set in the middle of the desert.

My pastor’s wife told me that this place wasn’t that good, boy was she wrong! Can’t go wrong with the spicy Korean chicken.

Warm inviting, especially the Owner, as I caught him outside.
Friendly, elderly man with a warm smile.
He looks hard working and friendly.
Love this kind of atmosphere.
We waited a little long, but the food was like back home locals, and the mac salad was good. I had the bento special war, and you good never go wrong.
There were a lot of foods menu was extensive, and I almost went home with an extra plate of something ono.
Stop by and say hello to anyone.
Guarantee you'll feel like family leaving and will want to return to eat home down cooking.
