Old staple. I was going to this place since it was located across the street. It does get busy during the lunch hour rush. Workers are always pleasant. Food is decent and consistent.
This is THE island authentic hawaiian food in Vegas. There’s no jawaiian music to help the restaurant’s ambience feel more island-like, the food speaks for itself. It’s 100% like having unko or auntie cook when you visit them on the islands. Everytime i’m in town for business or pleasure i eat here everyday! We recently moved from Hilo; Hawaii and we were ONO for some Hawaiian food. We went in for breakfast and got two (PSR’s) Portuguese sausage eggs and rice plates.
The lady at the front/cashier’s area, was busy answering the phone, taking phone orders, taking walk in orders, taking food out to customers and clearing/cleaning the tables, but she was very nice and welcoming....
