Food had good seasoning.

They do a really good job at keeping things clean. Especially around the self serve sauce bar. It can get very messy. Manager and employees here are very friendly. Go out of their way to please you.

Always able to order for pick up and it be ready within 15 minutes. Fast and accurate. I eat here a lot and they've never messed up an order. Nice and friendly people working here :)

The person who took our order was very awesome. He was very friendly when he dropped off our food. we left him a $5 dollar tip he came by to wipe down our table, and he was very social and kind

Look, cooking is stressful - I get it. But come on… have some pride in your work. Someone really looked at this chicken and cheese and said “yeah thats fine, send it out.” Really? Burnt, pure black, hard-as-rock chicken? And flat, melted, pathetic cheese?

You can make a mistake, but for god’s sake show some respect to your customer and have the common sense to throw this out and fire up a new batch that’s not literally the likeness of volcanic rock.

The ONLY reason for the 2-star is that the fish taco was good. Otherwise it’s a flat 1-star.

Rubio's fish tacos are so good, we seek out their food anytime we're near one. The salsa and beans are also stars. Had the Verde shrimp too and it was great...also dig the mango iced tea with no sugar! A great mid-errand lunch out.

Fish tastes rotten half the time. They don't store it properly somewhere along the supply chain. The employees are very nice and helpful.
