Rubio's Coastal Grill

Rubio's fish tacos are so good, we seek out their food anytime we're near one. The salsa and beans are also stars. Had the Verde shrimp too and it was great...also dig the mango iced tea with no sugar! A great mid-errand lunch out.

Fish tastes rotten half the time. They don't store it properly somewhere along the supply chain. The employees are very nice and helpful.

Love Rubio's, the best fish tacos in a casual setting hands down. This location cooked them perfectly. Thank you and keep it up!

Very delicious selections always

Without a doubt one of my favorite places . The food is outstanding.

I'll start by sharing that thus was for an online order. I picked up the food and got home to notice missing food(a churro and fries for my son's meal). I called to complain and Kendra took my call. Although their phone seemed spotty, we connected enough to explain my issue. She immediately addressed it and offered to remake his food, ensure to add the missing items and added a dessert for the inconvenience. Upon my return, they also gave me a large drink.
I put a 4 star due to the missing items, however they resolved it with 5-star service and the food is absolutely DELICIOUS. Thank you Kendra for resolving the issue with such professionalism and attention to customer service. We will be ordering again soon.

I've eaten at several Rubio's in different states, This one was one of the best. The food was excellent and arrived hot and fresh at our table. There was a short line to order and the wait was short for our food. They even offered to split our burrito into two plates to make sharing easier.

We love the shrimp burrito with black beans substituted for pinto beans.

My husband and I love Rubio's!!! We used to live in Vegas and then moved to Utah and shortly after that Rubio's closed all their Utah locations and we were so upset. Every time we go to Vegas or to California to visit our kids, we go to Rubio's. I wish they would bring them back to Utah.

They also closed the location that we used to go to in Vegas and this location on Marks Street is just not as good and clean as the one that used to be on Eastern and Serene but still delicious! My husband usually gets the fish tacos and when I first heard of fish tacos, I thought it sounded really gross, but they are actually very good. I usually get the California bowl with salmon and I absolutely love it.

Terrible Management & Lack of Concern for Public Health
If I could give zero stars, I would. My son has been a dedicated line cook at this Rubio’s location for the past two years. He has never called out, never been late, and is easily one of the hardest workers on the team. Despite his strong work ethic, he was treated with complete disrespect by the manager, Nancy, when he fell ill.
On Friday, February 14th, he woke up with a 103-degree fever and was clearly coming down with the flu that is currently going around. He contacted Nancy with plenty of notice to let her know he was too sick to work. Instead of showing any concern for his health or the safety of the customers eating here, she refused to let him call out and told him he had to come in. Keep in mind—he is a line cook. The fact that she prioritized her own convenience over the well-being of both employees and customers is beyond unacceptable.
When he put in his two weeks’ notice due to her disrespectful and unprofessional behavior, she responded by telling him that his last day was yesterday, effectively firing him on the spot. This kind of treatment is appalling, not only for employees but also for customers who should expect higher health and safety standards from a restaurant.
If this is how Rubio’s treats its staff and handles food safety concerns, I highly recommend avoiding this location. Poor management, zero regard for employee well-being, and a blatant disregard for public health. Do better, Rubio’s.

If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. Been coming to this Rubio’s location for about a year consistently and I have never been disappointed! Quick service and food is always fresh. Portions are great whether you do take out or eat there. Staff is very friendly and the restaurant and salsa bar are always kept clean. 10/10 recommend.

Best service that I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in a very long time! They were amazing, friendly, helpful, and quick. Haven’t tried the food yet but off of service alone, I will definitely like to return! So many great menu options and varieties, so excited to try the food :)
