Gross pizza horrible customer service knock off of real pizza

Ordered from these folks twice online. First order i instantly got confirmation email and was ready in 20 minutes. 2nd time I ordered but did not get email. Went there 23 minutes later and they had not even begun my order. He started to make but even though 2 others were there to work he stopped making my pizza to wait on customers . Another 30 minutes later pizza finally out and I get confirmation it was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago..... He said took longer because I ordered with extra bake......ummm......no, took longer because you hadn't even started order when I arrived. Not likely to cone back. It would be one thing if you were busy but there were no other customers who came except 1 casino employees and you had 3+ workers there. Wow.......order confirmation said ready at 1:50. Got it at 2:23

Absolutely WAY OVERPRICED service is slow mainly teenagers who DON'T care. The pizza is a 3 out of 10 and they charge more than the best pizza in vegas!! STAY AWAY!!

Horrible employees. I was in line with nobody there to buy a piece of prepackaged carrot cake I sat on the counter. My husband had already told me in front of the cashier to get to a plce and sit down. This piece of cake was for my BIRTHDAY, mind you. I had a problem (with what turned out to be a fraud alert) with my samsung pay, so after it failed, I had kindly stepped aside and waived to let people go ahead of me before I tried the tap again (still not knowing it was a fraud alert). HOWEVER, the male employee REFUSED to let me just quickly try my tap to pay again and made me to go to the back of the line. I found it still didn't work after all the time standing when I should have been sitting already. I was shaking while on my feet due to a severe disability problem. If the employee had even bothered to pay attention and look at me, he would have seen this. My husband had said RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM THAT I NEEDED TO GET SOMEWHERE TO SIT DOWN.I went to eat a lunch at a Cafe inside the casino. I tried again afterwards to grab a piece of carrot cake while people were away from the register this time, deciding on pizza slices. This time, a female employee told me to go back to the end of the line and wait. I was shaking even worse. I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. THIS BUSINESS HAS NO CONSIDERATE PEOPLE THERE. Why are they even working in a customer facing job?

We have been visiting the Las Vegas/California area for the last 3 weeks. My friend and her husband raved about the Prime Rib Special at your cafe so we booked rooms and stayed overnight before we needed to fly home. We stayed at your hotel especially to have the Prime Rib Special. We were so DISAPPOINTED! Instead of the large piece of HOT Prime Rib, Baked Potato, Soup or Salad that our friends had in the past, we got COLD SKINNY Prime Rib, mashed potatoes from a box, canned gravy, canned peas and corn, NO salad or soup. We were told they had a new executive chef. The hotel needs a remodeling desperately. It’s old and dilapidated. We were not impressed and will not be back!

Stayed a week. Flea infested rooms. Everything broken. Between my husband and I played and lost thousands. Pit boss mark and Holly told us we had $40 comps. Mark said they make enough off the fleas who play there. They didn't want us to return. Go anywhere else but here. Save yourself drive thru to vegas.

We frequented this Hotel / Casino for over 20 years. Great Comp System, Buffet, Steak House and Parking for our very large Diesel RV. Fast Forward to the "New and Improved" Hotel and what a disappointment. Comp system is poor, NO Parking for RV's bigger than a car and the Buffet is gone. We attempted to park our RV to go check-in and were immediately informed that it was "Truck Parking Only". The Security person pointed us towards the car parking. Our Rig is over 60' long, bigger than many "trucks", but still not allowed to Park in truck area. At that point we figured our days there were finished, so it was nice for a few decades, but no more.
Horrendously dated and unkept hotel and casino. You cannot believe how poor the rooms are with holes in the wall, water stains in ceiling and bathroom fixtures that don’t work. Terrible smoky throughout and dreary. Food - The diner is not bad, especially for breakfast. They also have a Sbarros which is decent for a quick bite for the kids. Casino - Kind of depressing with all the smoke and just weird people. Would have given it worse review except that the staff are genuinely friendly from the housekeepers to the front desk to the food service workers. Overall avoid unless no other option available

Hotel and Casino were exactly what I expected. Yes, it is out-dated, but our room was clean and nicely appointed. Shower needs replacing. But enough negative. I felt safe even outside at night by myself. The machines were not so cramped as I have seen in the Strip casinos. I started talking with a worker and he was not only patient with my ridiculous questions - he spent a couple of minutes explaining the stuff I hadn't asked yet. Most importantly, he seemed happy to do it. It is definitely more laid back and I would consider going back. I only gave I 4 start because the rooms need updating.

I always go to sbarro inside of the pass to get a slice if cheese and pepperoni, well yesterday I was there and I order my regular what I received was horrible I should of took a picture. They gave me two cheese slices but one of the cheese slices they put uncooked pepperoni on top of thats slice ? I had to take it back ask for them ti cook it . I have never received a slices like this .there before . What happened to the pepperoni pizza!!!!!!

What a dump. Curtain didn't cover window, shower to dirty to use, furniture looked like it came from a garage sale. To smoky to eat in coffee shop. Never again. Lock on door was broken, floors were less than clean.

We stayed 3 nights in the room from hell. The place was sold out as was everything within 20 miles. Started off with a 45 minute wait because the one elevator was broken. Got to the room and the air conditioning did not work, the shower was hard to turn on which doesn't matter cause once we got it on there was no hot water and no pressure at all. Light bulbs missing from the lamps, our chargers just slid out of the outlets. And everything just felt filthy. Finally laid down to go to sleep and the beds are rock hard. Staff seemed uninterested in the complaints. They did send someone to work on ac on day 2. He pulled the filters which were caked with dust. He was nice enough but didn't even attempt to fix the shower. It honestly feels like they've just given up on the place. This place should be condemned!
