I love the food but every time I come in I am disappointed by the service. This time I asked about question about whether something was on the menu. I was told in the rudest tone, NO. Then, while scolling thru the menu, because I have to place my own order, I ended up finding what I was told doesn't exist.The last time I visited, despite giving a tip, no one brought my order, it just sat on the counter until I went up and asked if it was mine as it been awhile. It was.
This is not a recent review but I was at Shake Shack several months ago this year 2024 a lady who took my order and served me was very professional and she did come and check on me to see if I was enjoying my meal honestly for $12 their burgers nothing special I had the burger with avocado and bacon the patties were small the baked when was was fair and the avocado was nicely sliced and fresh but it didn't overwhelm me not for that price the french fries were just fair I...
It's crazy to have to enter in your order on a touch screen, be instructed to take a number to your table so your order can be brought to you, then have the staff just shout your name to come up and get it from the counter. What exactly was the tip for?
