Today is 110 degrees outside and not only did they have a problem with their sewer lines, but the air conditioning was broken. It was extremely hot inside with an added smell of rotting eggs. I usually go to the one in Chinatown and have a great experience. The drinks were mediocre. Will not be returning and hopefully management fixes the air conditioning. No AC in the summer should be a crime in this kind of heat.

One of the reviews here said this place had mushy boba, but it was close so I decided to try it. I had a ginger milk tea with mini pearls and it was good but they were right, the boba was mushy. Also there is a very strong pungent smell in the place. I feel like they probably have sewer issues, which happens in certain building locations, not because they're dirty, but I can't help but be put off whenever a business smells like that.

Share tea is a place for blended drinks an Boba teas. I'd rate this a 2star if it wasn't for one worker who - male ? to be specific, does things his way, an not like the other workers. He makes drinks so out of order. I could go on with him all day...I wonder how the employees put up with him?It's like...."He does not want customers to come back." With the prices so so expensive- customers should always get the best. Overall, it depends who makes your drink.

Decided to try their Henderson location in Las Vegas. Employees were on their phone extremely addicted and got startled when we walked in. The drink which was decent. Employees didn’t seem happy here. Wish the service was much more happy.Decided to try the Henderson branch in Las Vegas. The staff were so obsessed with their phones that they were shocked when we walked in. Drinks are not bad. The staff didn't seem happy.

So I have decided that I will finally leave a review. This place is the least customer service oriented. I can't order a black tea with mango and boba!!!! What the hell? The employees are not allowed to customize a drink. Hey owners not everyone likes nor can drink green tea! Sooo I will go elsewhere. If you want excellent tea with great prices go to #1 Boba on sunset at the galleria. Those people will make your tea and customize it . Hopefully SHARETEA will go out of business!

I ordered a honey green tea and a taro milk tea with boba. The honey green tea was fine, but my taro milk tea was discolored from the moment the barista set it on the table. It appeared more white than purple, and I knew this meant it was going to be too milky.One sip confirmed that — there was way more milk than taro flavor. So I went back to the cash register and let the cashier know. I had asked politely if they could add more taro and less milk. So she called her colleague Belle and told her to remaken my drink, which she did. But she was NOT happy.Hey, I’m a paying customer — I refuse to drink anything that’s not made correctly. And because taro is my fav boba beverage anywhere I go, I know a good taro drink. This was not.When she remade the drink, I said thank you and she said nothing back. She looked annoyed.Excellent customer service would have been, “I’m so sorry. Hope this is better. Let me know if you need any other adjustments.”The boba itself was too soggy. All in all, there are way better boba shops with better customer service. Take it from a girl who lives in LA where boba reigns supreme.

I’m a big fan of Sharetea, here have new Sharetea location In Henderson (Green Valley Ranch).The drinks are amazing and boba is very soft and chewy, the staffs very friendly and will give a lot recommendations.If you want have something cool down, you can try wintermelon lemonade and adding boba, or strawberry ice blended with lychee and ice cream, very catching eyes and taste good.Come here, you always can find out your favorite drink in Sharetea.
