I got a chicken pesto on sourdough, I could tell from the chicken that it wasnt going to be great. Great coffee though

This is the second time this year (and it's only the end of January) I've tried to visit this place right when they open; the open sign is always on but the doors are locked. Hours posted next to the door are obviously not accurate. Now I know I can't rely on this place and have to settle for big corporation coffee shops instead. Oh well!

My FAVORITE coffee shop!! There's usually more than enough seating and outlets, a cozy atmosphere, good healthy meals and good drinks. This is my favorite place to decompress, study, have meetings, draw, and do work. Not to mention it closes late evening so it works with my typical morning schedule. Love this place and is my number one cafe, I've been coming here for two years or so and never disappoints.

Was looking for a local coffee spot in my area came across this place & when I tell you I felt so welcomed by the staff Alex recommended honey lavender I got it with an extra shot, so fresh perfect amount of sweet with a kick my go too I love there everything avocado 🥑 toast & pesto chicken sandwich when I’m not feeling a coffee my go to is the strawberry 🍓 matcha absolutely delicious 😋

I had the honey vanilla latte and the avocado toast with egg salad and mango salsa. Both were absolutely delicious! I think the best latte I’ve ever had.

Awesome coffee and matcha’s, and there’s so many options to pick from!! Super quiet place as well, perfect if you’re needing to study and focus. To top it all off, the workers are very welcoming!!

Service at this coffee shop is the best you could ask for! Especially if Alex is working! He greeted us as soon as we walked in and his excellent customer service made for a memorable first visit to Skimos. I read on their wall that it's the 2nd rated coffee house in Henderson and the product speaks for itself! I ordered a dirty chai with oatmilk and extra shout out to Alex for his product knowledge! This is a must stop place, you will not regret it! Keep up the great work Veronica!

Went in with my husband to grab a pick me up and the gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and had a great vibe. The overall atmosphere was wonderful, and my drink is superb. Can't wait to come back and try their food. Thank you Alex for your aloha spirit!
