Just went on to Postmates to place an order for mozzarella sticks and could not find them on the menu. I called the restaurant to ask if they have discontinued the item and was told that NO they have not, but they are running low so the only way to order is to drive to the restaurant and order them. So, I can order them if I'm at the restaurant, but if I order them through the app, they will NOT let me do that. Excuse me, but if I ordered through the app you STILL should be able to make and deliver. It should be who ever orders them first!!! You have now lost my business for the future. I am home after a procedure and I CANNOT DRIVE!!!!!! THIS POLICY IS ABSOLUTELY 💯 RIDICULOUS

Did an order on the app. Waited 20mins because at the store location they completed my order but I never received anything. Then when talking to a store associate said they are working on it but nothing happen and we waited even longer. This was with staff at night @ 11:50pm on 09/12/25. I will be calling corporate tomorrow to get a refund.

I had made this review original but had to check on something and I confirmed that the night I came they closed early for some reason when multiple times Ive visited even closer to 12 got told drive thru only at Sonic which I feel was just lazy this happened on the last week of August everything else closes at 10 or 11 and the rest are not far but definitely out of the way with no car so being right across the street getting off work it was very disappointing ,I can't forget to mention the app is very disappointing with its selection of coupons or deals and lack of real rewards to make up for the fact that you can't use the coupons in person only with card which makes me visit less then I would if there were better options.

I got a chicken sandwich from here and it was so overcooked, the whole thing was hot including the mayo and pickles. The texture was so gross I couldn't finish it. That's of course after waiting about 30 mins for it. Waste of time and money.

I have been going to this sonic for 14 years and today when I pulled in to order and pressed the call button multiple times it got me nowhere. There were 3 maybe 4 employees in the building at the time and after 20 minutes of sitting I was never acknowledged or spoken to at all so I ended up leaving without having ordered anything . There were 4 other cars in the ordering stalls at the time I was there today and they were all acknowledged and taken care of . Just acknowledging the custoner goes a long ways even if you happen to be busy .

The sonic at 300 south Boulder highway didn’t give us the cheese with our pretzel sticks. My son called store to let them know this and spoke with possibly the self described new manager. He told my son he could not take his name to replace the order. We should be refunded or order replaced. This is standard practice as we are not driving all the way back down for a cup of cheese but have half our order we paid the full price for.

Waiting 13 minutes after pushing the button for order to be taken. It was lovely watching the workers inside horse around and text while I waited for them. Luckily the order screen didnt work and I got wait on them to come out take payment. I can't beleive i wasted 25 minutes thru whole process. Do better, fix your equipment.
