Service is glacially slow here. They can’t really seem to multitask so orders come out slowly. Staff are very laid back and outwardly friendly with each other so you wonder if most are friends or relatives of the owner. They prioritize staff food over customers so it’s not uncommon to see a car leave with a whole boatload of food for an employee order while others wait. Mobile orders don’t come out on time and staff say “oh we didn’t know you were here” I don’t mean to sound insulting and my expectations are low but staff don’t seem to be very intelligent here.

This sonic im not sure how they stay in business. In the drive thru they do one order at a time. You wait atleast 5 minutes before they take your order. I waited 15 minutes with 2 cars in front of me the fries were cold the shake was messy it was not full like they should be and dripping as if they took part of it out. Usually i go there always get plain burger no cheese and 9 times out of 10 it has cheese now i check my order. If youwait in line from start to finish for 20 to 30 minutes you expect hot food but not here. They had decent workers now they have workers who don't care and no customer service. Hopefully one day service will be the way other sonics are.

I ordered food at the drive thru and after I pulled away I checked the temperature of my food and it was cold not even warm. We pulled into a stall and asked for them to replace our order. I tasted a fry on the way home and you could taste the OLD RANCID GREASE and again the FOOD WAS COLD. I will be calling a manager. Update: I called 2x to make complaint that I have not received any response. I called corporate and was told the management at the sonic I visited had replied to them that the issue was resolved. LIES management just sweeping it under the rug. Corporate is now handling my issue with the sonic in question.

I come to this sonic during my lunch breaks because it is closer to my job and during both times I have had bad experiences. I typically will place my order 5-10 minutes before leaving my job and this one time in particular I waited 20 minutes only for them to tell me my order is was not ready. The manager told me they are doing renovations. If they knew they had other things going on then why didn't they stop pickups as an option. It caused an inconvenience as this was my lunch for work and could not eat because of their poor management.

Ordered LG fries& LG tots both were cold. Told them an they remade them fries were overcooked & tots were soaked in oil. Terrible. Called & complained & was offered a medium fry. Will never go back & will tell everybody I know not to go there.

Waited over 10 minutes for 2 Sonic Blasts. No one could be bothered to make them. It took the Manager another 10 minutes to get us our refund. In the meantime, one of the workers spilled some blue cold drink on my Wife. Definitely NOT a go-to place!
