This was the longest I ever waited for a drink. Almost 30 minutes, wait for a route 44 and a sundae. I'm not sure if they have enough employees working. I gave a tip and felt I should have gotten it back. Frustrating.

How Corporate and the owner lets this place do business like this is beyond me. Every time I come here which is not that often I tell myself why? Service is absolutely horrendous and slow. One day I hope I drive by and it’s shut down!

Went to location. Drive in was backed up for 15 minutes. Cars finally pulled up and they said drive through is closed. Pulled around to order in a spot. Waited 10 minutes then saw someone bringing out food. The guy said “oh im sorry, I forgot my headset.” 5 minutes later saw the manager lady. She said she has new employees so it’s crazy and that’s why they are stopping taking orders in the drive in. This place is really messed up.

Ya'll. I hate to do this. We moved here a year ago and this is the closest 'fast' food to us. I don't know what is going on at this location but expect at least a 30 minute wait. I've sat in the drive-thru for ridiculous amounts of time, I've sat there and no one has answered or they answer and they to give them a moment and never answer again. The food takes absolutely forever to cook yet when we get it, It's very undercooked to the point we can't eat it.

I will never come back to this place. It is definitely a hostile and racist atmosphere. Workers saw me and refused to give me my order, 30 minutes had past and others who arrived after me have received their order. Maybe because I am not Caucasian. Going into well 45 minutes and still no food. This is absolutely ridiculous and absurd.

My family and I went to this Sonic location tonight bc my son wanted ice cream. We sat together at the table at the front and pushed the red button to place our order. We waited and waited for someone to take our order. In the mean time a fella in a stall was trying to order and couldn't get an answer. Then someone from the drive thru pulled up and asked if we were getting helped bc no one ever answered him in the drive thru either. So, what in the world was going on that they couldn't take customer orders in any of the 3 locations?!They clearly had something better to do than handle customers, so if advise taking your business elsewhere.
