It's a small Starbucks but it's nice. I would give it a higher rating on its atmosphere if it was larger. The staff was nice. Coffee is always decent at Starbucks. Of course the food is absolutely deplorable at Starbucks. I spend a lot of time in the Philippines and I go to Starbucks Philippines and oh my god the food there the pastries there are a thousand times better than the United States Starbucks. Leaving in Japan the pastries are so much nicer. I just don't understand what is wrong with the US Starbucks and it's pastries and its food. It's absolutely a joke they shouldn't even serve food. If the CEO wants to turn Starbucks around he should work on the food. I don't even know why Starbucks acquired that bakery many years ago when the food never got better it's bad at the beginning 20 years ago and it's still bad today or 30 years ago maybe. Starbucks you got to do better on your pastries if a third world country can make better pastries then the US that's pathetic. Starbucks will never be five stars until they get through pastries fixed.

Tucked away at 180 S Stephanie Street in Henderson, this Starbucks serves up the expected dose of caffeine-fueled salvation with a side of modern ambiance. The space strikes a balance between contemporary chic and cozy corner café, with warm wooden walls that would make a Nordic designer proud and enough track lighting to guide a small airport. The large windows flood the interior with natural light, perfect for those "look how aesthetic my coffee is" Instagram shots that we all pretend we don't take.
While the baristas maintain the cheerful efficiency of caffeinated professionals, they can get swamped during the morning rush – because apparently everyone in Henderson needs their fancy bean juice at exactly 8:15 AM. The narrow layout can create a bit of a shuffle dance among waiting customers, though it does foster a certain camaraderie among those doing the "trying to get out of everyone's way" waltz.
The outdoor seating area, complete with forest-green umbrellas, offers a pleasant escape when Nevada's weather decides to be civilized. Inside, the white tile work and digital menu boards keep things feeling fresh and modern, though the space can transform into quite the echo chamber of laptop typing and coffee grinding during peak hours.
Coffee quality remains reliably consistent – you'll get exactly what you expect from your triple-shot-half-caf-no-foam-extra-hot-oat-milk latte, every single time. The retail section is generously stocked for those moments when you suddenly decide you absolutely need a Starbucks tumbler or a bag of beans for your home brewing adventures.
Perfect for morning coffee runs, casual meetups, or those "I need to look busy while avoiding my actual responsibilities" laptop sessions during off-peak hours. While it may not revolutionize your coffee experience, it's a solid choice for both coffee enthusiasts and casual sippers alike. Just maybe bring headphones if you're planning to stick around during the morning rush – unless you enjoy your coffee with a side of ambient chaos.

Ordered online, then i when to drive thru, telling us to go to the window and the drinks is ready, waited 10 mins, drinks just sitting on the counter, guy open the window and ask if I need anything, so dumb.
Worst part, they forgot to put the 2 pump of white chocolate mocha on the drinks
Horrible worker

What happened to this Starbucks? It is seriously infuriating that they remodeled this location. There is no reason to walk inside anymore - it is as plain as it can be. It's all white shower tile and a bathroom with minimal indoor seating. When I picked up my mobile order, people were crowding around the drink counter because there's hardly any room in there. It felt so claustrophobic. I've been coming to this Starbucks from time to time since 2014; it used to be modern, chatty, lively, and still pretty convenient like an actual cafe. This is now a glorified mobile order pickup station. They used to have walls of refridgerated foods and snacks that you could choose from - honestly stuff that I had never seen or thought of buying from a Starbucks. They must now be sitting somewhere in a fridge in the back. This is just the saddest effective shutdowns of a Starbucks location I have ever seen. I still like getting coffee in the drive through here, the employees still seem very nice, but what did they do to my coffee shop? Starbucks higher ups need to remember that their baristas and partners make Starbucks what it is. If I just wanted the drinks, it would arguably be cheaper, easier, and better to buy an entry level Breville unit and mix it myself. I go to Starbucks because I like the partners and experience of being there.

The last month or two the persons serving the window in the mornings need a little bit more empathy when providing customer service. They expect a tip, but cant even say good morning.

This used to be one of my favorite locations, but they ruined it. I read on the SBUX website how the new CEO is basically ruining every Starbucks with a drive-thru because she doesn't want people actually sitting in the coffee shop enjoying drinks, friends, and the atmosphere. (... because why would you want to sit and drink coffee at a coffee shop?) She wants people to buy coffee and GTFO. Most of the indoor seating is gone, and there's literally a hard, dirty, wooden banquet outside. They made sure to keep the restrooms because they got in trouble from the health department for getting rid of the public restrooms at the Marks Street location. Thanks for ruining yet another great location, Starbucks! You're making my beverage choices easier with each remodel.

Friendly employees, got my order correct. Restrooms were clean. I’ve never seen these alphabet markers to place your order. Found them useful. Don’t have to guess and grab other peoples drink, trying to get your own.Plenty of parking.

I've been going to this location since they opened. In the last three months it's gone downhill. They have overcharged my card twice...idk I've already deleted the app, I don't see a reason to go
