I've been coming to this Starbucks for 10 years. Long before everyone moved here and I used to love it. Now they act like it's a problem when I preorder for pick up in the drive through even though I've always done it and never had an issue. Please explain to me like I'm 5 how it matters if you have the receipt with an order already placed or me placing at the drive through. Now it's a huge problem and I'll just have to pick another coffee place....
It's a small Starbucks but it's nice. I would give it a higher rating on its atmosphere if it was larger. The staff was nice. Coffee is always decent at Starbucks. Of course the food is absolutely deplorable at Starbucks. I spend a lot of time in the Philippines and I go to Starbucks Philippines and oh my god the food there the pastries there are a thousand times better than the United States Starbucks.
