It is a typical Starbucks in a mall. Clean store and friendly staff. Great place to get your sugar coffee fix. They have pretty speedy service. And it's hardly ever packed anymore because people hardly go to malls anymore.

This store is the worst I've ever been to. The little girl at the register is rude as hell and the one making the order was even worse. It took 20 minutes for my drink and people who ordered after me already had there drinks. What a waste of time and money. I tried them and now I will never to at Starbucks again. You don't know what you're getting when you pay. Manager should be ashamed of themselves and this store. I ended up throwing my drink in the trash. The little girl who made it a argued with me about it being the wrong order. I will never return!!

I read a review saying mobile orders are being ignored, now in person orders are being ignored. There are 8 people here and no one is getting their orders. It’s been 5 minutes sense the last person got their order.There are 3 people here and I see a drink come out every 3-6 minutes.Idk why it’s so slow.
This Starbucks is located in the Galleria Mall. The shop is clean and inviting and the staff is friendly. The coffies were as expected and consistent with the brand. It's a good place to grab a refreshment.Wheelchair accessibility: The store is easily ADA accessible
Friendly cashier and barista but my drink was extremely low almost halfway down, I did order a grande caramel brûlée latte with a cheese danish.. I spoke to the cashier and they did replace it with a little bit more.. I told them if that was the measure that the company provided he's answer was yes. I'm surprised because I always buy the same drink on other locations and they always put enough.. hummm.. good luck Starbucks.. overall place was clean and nice..

10/31/23 Galleria Mall Starbucks....Worst experience I have ever had. Rudest barista who doesn't wear a name tag. We were in there for Halloween and she was dressed up as a cow. Saw that we were waiting in line and we were next and the first thing that came out of her mouth was the line starts over there by the way which was just completely uncalled for and just had a snarky attitude for no reason the whole time and then continues to have an attitude after the transaction while we turned around to sit down she continued to harass us- she's like there's no bathrooms back there so don't even think about it and then we said we're not. Then the next person who stood in line where we were standing she said nothing to. My mom and I have never felt so demoralized and it just ruined our whole day. I just don't understand how they can hire such a vile human being to be working in the front line where you provide customer/guest service. I really question the process of hiring when you have your baristas randomly being rude, harrassing, popping off, miserable, and classless who wouldn't know what customer service was like if it hit them in the face representing you and attacking your customers or how they can even still have a job in that matter. It really blows my mind.

This store is located on the second floor of the Galleria Mall in Henderson next to See's Candies. Ordered a venti apple crisp frap, venti pumpkin spice latte, and one slice of pumpkin bread. All tasted good and the bread was moist. Service was outstanding and was patient with our order.

Mobile orders are a nightmare here. We stood by the counter for 30 minutes waiting for our order and watching walk-ins get theirs right away. We had to talk to the blonde barista asking where our order was until she finally found it stashed behind everyone else’s. Ridiculous. Then the same blonde barista made the drinks and two came out with little to no cold foam. I didn’t complain about adding more foam because we already complained about the wait and didn’t want to be “that group” so just took the hit and walked away, but seriously? Come on.

very slow , wish they would put the mobile orders out like every other Starbucks .. you are always having to wave down a barista who is usually not paying attention. they barely look up especially the tall blonde white girl who works in the morning is very rude, if you know there are mobile orders and you’re putting out an order and you see people walk in and wait by the drink area I don’t get why they don’t even ask if you have a mobile order or why it’s so hard to get my mobile order..
