African big lady, she told me her name was TINA, not sure if that's true. Very unprofessional, rudest person I've never deal with. I showed her a picture on my phone on a drink I wanted to try, she said "can you just tell me what you want" in a very extremely rude way. Then I asked for light ice, when she gave me my drink, it had a lot of ice, I said, excuse me I said "light ice" she said ok, im not going to refill your cup till the top, I'll just remove your ice but you are getting what's left! Ohmygod never in my life I thought a Starbucks employee would be this rude. I will stop buying from this store, she needs to be fired or trained correctly

I prefer this location over the standalone store around the corner. Although it’s inside Albertsons, the baristas here are WAY nicer and the lines aren’t as long! There’s even seats to the side if you want to sit and take a break. Overall, I just have a better experience and less chance of my drink being incorrect here. Every person has always been really sweet and polite. I’m super glad this location is here and the managers who train have consistently done a good job.

I love when I get deals here from the Albertsons app but I can't stand the workers. They are very rude and don't know how to interact with customers. No smiling, no emotions. I hate coming here to order anything from this location, sometimes I just pass up the deal. There is two employees that were extremely rude to me. One heavier set female with blond and one heavier set female African American. I was told by the blond lady that I have to order it her way and she gave me an attitude and told me to start with the syrup. I told her that Im just going off the what the Starbucks app starts off as when I go to recent. The other lady can't even smile once, has an attitude. Why hire people who don't want to work? That's my thing... and I believe I was over charged today for a grande cold brew. I went to check my purchase history from an actual Starbucks down the street by my house and it's $6.00ish but I ordered the exact thing at this location it was $8.02. When I asked she just ignored. Definitely will be going to corporate Starbucks and Albertsons for this location.

This is a great place everyone makes the drinks amazing expect for one person she always have an attitude she always mad about everything she just makes me don’t wanna come here no more every time I see her I leave I hate toSay it’s a black lady I really hope they have a talk with her because her customer service sucks

Nice staff at this location. Convenient that it's inside the Albertsons, since you can pick out the best Albertsons app deals and get them before getting coffee. Starbucks is not my favorite coffee or anything, but I wont turn it down as an excuse after saving money on groceries. Nice folks and good drinks.
