The girl making the drinks with her hair all messy in a raccoon bun meaning it looked like she just woke up and came to work with her hair like that, she made a tall pumpkin chai packed with ice and in two slurps the drink was done. I paid $9 for that and gave them a tip. The other girl at the register only gave me the pumpkin loaf because she was throwing it away. Last time my family and I will come here to this Starbucks. I rather do without Starbucks for 5 years than to have this as part of Starbucks. This is in green valley ranch casino, come on, be better than this

So I go in today6/19/25 745 am, I have 10$ in my hand I ask for largest ice water, the lil girl at counter tells me she can’t give out water it’s for customers only, I said “I’m not asking to give I’m asking to buy” she said no buy eos water, I said no thanks and left, the crazy part is there is a black guy working there who always does it and charges me a dollar ans I tip the rest! Not only that - a lady and her kids weee before me and all got water and we’re not charged and didn’t order food or anything else… saddest Starbucks ever! Stop being racist! I was looked at crazy by everyone in there too- I’m in my scrub dress and my nurse badge is on… I’m so confused!! But now I see y they always get sued and boycotted!!!

This review is about Linda.

I live in this neighborhood and stopped here on my way home to use the rest room because I have a medical condition that sometimes makes using the bathroom an urgent need for me.

I frequent all of the Starbucks in the radius around my house, which is about a mile up from this location.

Asked nicely to use the restroom and I'm told by Linda that I have to purchase something to use the rest room.

Totally disgusting way to treat a customer who spends on average $18-36 A DAY at the 3 Starbucks locations in our neighborhood.

I hope you have an awful day Linda because you ruined mine. I'm sure if I had chosen to go next door to McDonald's where I never spend a penny that I would have been treated nicer, which is pathetic.

There’s a reason why this location has such low reviews compared to the others in the area.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for years now.... My drink is not an easy one! They make sure to get it right everytime. And not just 1 of them ALL OF THEM!!! I came into this location today just to use my laptop and get some work done for a little bit. The worker (a middle aged white woman, didn't catch her name) told me that I was required to make a purchase in order to stay inside the Starbucks. I said I wasn't sure yet if I would be purchasing anything today or not and she told me I had to leave the store. Company policy says a purchase is not required though so I'm not sure why she treated me this way today.

Visited on 05 January 2025 after placing a Mobile Order for an ' Iced Peppermint Mocha w/ Oatmilk ' and my experience was amazing ..
Immediately upon arrival the Barista greeted me ( Even though she was busy servicing customers in-line ) which was an Amazing Sign of Customer Care.
I will definitely be a returning Guest in the future.
