I came into this location today just to use my laptop and get some work done for a little bit. The worker (a middle aged white woman, didn't catch her name) told me that I was required to make a purchase in order to stay inside the Starbucks. I said I wasn't sure yet if I would be purchasing anything today or not and she told me I had to leave the store. Company policy says a purchase is not required though so I'm not sure why she treated me this way today.

Visited on 05 January 2025 after placing a Mobile Order for an ' Iced Peppermint Mocha w/ Oatmilk ' and my experience was amazing ..
Immediately upon arrival the Barista greeted me ( Even though she was busy servicing customers in-line ) which was an Amazing Sign of Customer Care.
I will definitely be a returning Guest in the future.
The pasties were subpar but the ladies at this location are super amazing!

I usually love this place but I don't know what happened in the month.. They made my hot coffee iced 3 times in a month. And I don't know how many times they burned the Coffee bean.. And every time she didn't even say sorry. Oh. She breaks my morning freshness.

I typically go to this location in the mornings, very rarely towards closing, but I decided to go this evening and it was thee worst experience I'd had at this location. There was a trainer and a trainee. The trainer was so obnoxiously loud it was ridiculous. It's like she absolutely had no idea what an inside voice was, not to mention the couple of times she condescended the trainee in the midst of her overly obnoxious boisterousness. I had taken a phone call before it got to the point I decided to leave as well as leave a review about it. She increasingly became so loud, I had to not just repeat myself to the person I was on the phone with but asked them on the other end to hold until she stopped yelling indoors. I brought it to her attention, and shortly there after, she proceeded to be even more loud only this time also sending subliminal messages as if she was bothered, but not bothered enough to be direct in her delivery, just enough to be even more rude, unprofessional and immature. Maybe, it was because some guy friend of hers in a uniform stopped by and was hanging out with her behind the counter, which I'm sure is a liability as he was not even a Starbucks employee, let alone having been on any clock (or maybe he was with his employer), and she was trying to show off, who knows. She became so unprofessional, I got up and left. As I said, I typically frequent this location at different times but after this I'll take my business elsewhere. She can continue to be obnoxious and condescendingly loud as a representative of Starbucks whilst holding a position of influence in the name of training new hires.

My wife's order was mishandled and not correct.And then when they remade her order, they held it hostage for about ten minutes before finally giving it to her. Overall very bad service At this location.

I picked up a mobile order and then wanted a pup cup for my dog waiting in the running car because they won’t let me bring her in. To be respectful instead of just asking the busy baristas I ordered at the counter instead of interrupting them. I ended up waiting 10 minutes for a singular pup cup that’s literally whip cream in a cup and by the time I got back to my car it locked itself and I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come unlock my car. It really sucks this location doesn’t have a drive-through even though you’d think without one they would be even more faster and efficient inside instead.

The employees very friendly and helpful. but....the blond wearing all black with the pony tail on 08/10/24 at 8am showing videos on your phone to other employees while they are trying to work...no no you should be gone
