Nice comfortable Starbucks. Coffee is always decent th3 food is always horrible. I don't know if this CEO is going to turn things around but there's some new coffee cup policy. Maybe it's okay I think you have to use their hard cup coffees if you want to refill for you gold card members. They did Make me feel easier you don't need to show your card anymore. They deserve a star for that. I think if the CEO fix the pastries I think the company is fixed. 😁😁😁

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. I have never encountered such a horrendous customer experience as I did this morning. From the moment I placed my order, the barista, Beth, was rude, dismissive, and condescending. She gave me a disapproving look and made an unnecessary comment when I ordered my food.
When my order was ready, she called it out with a sarcastic remark, making it clear she had no interest in providing even basic customer service. When I asked for her name, she muttered something under her breath and continued talking to her coworker while glancing at me, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
I don’t typically visit this location, but I stopped by due to a work meeting nearby. Safe to say, I will never be returning. If management cares about customer experience, they need to address this unprofessional behavior immediately.

Located in back corner of shopping plaza. Limited parking due to small parking area in front of coffee shop. No drive through. It's rather small and seating is extremely limited. Service is good and you can usually get foods items. However, some items appear always "sold out".

This Starbucks just got a new makeover and they utilized the space very efficiently, plus it is super cute!! That is nothing to the energy from the staff… this is by far the happiest coffee shop in town!!!
The new renovation is awful.So few places to sit you can no longer sit in the corner now you have to look inside a messy office.Products for purchase like mugs etc gone.It is not welcoming at all.Thank God for the staff.If not for staff like Joelle and others I probably would go to another location.There is just a lot of empty space .They should have left it alone.

Vegetarian options: all the baristas know what vegetarian food is. in some other places they take out the meat in front of you and serve it as vegetarian or even as vegan. for me it is one of the rare places I can trust about it.

Joelle was absolutely amazing ? she made us the worlds best Mocha frappuccino shes so nice and it was so pleasant starting my day with her I loved talking with her my coffee was delicious i appreciate it 10/10 service from the girls today
A better than average Starbucks, as is typical, it was neat and clean. Best of all was the service. Unlike so many Starbucks these days, the folks were attentive and friendly, and the hot drinks were properly made. I will happily return.

Batista with short blonde hair was nice buy didn't put my lid on correctly for my iced drink so drink spilled as I was walking back to my car. I feel like she did it purposely since she didn't wait for my complete order before starting so it was made wrong the first time. plus the drink had too much milk and couldn't taste the

I wanted a coffee at the nearby Cinnaholic, but this Starbucks has forced Cinnaholic to not sell anything more than a simple black coffee. I'm sure this is a common business tactic, but I don't want to have to go to a Starbucks just to get a coffee.
