100% The worst Starbucks in the valley. 20 minutes for an order not because they are busy because they are simply incompetent. I’ve included my order sitting on the counter for 10 minutes while the person who all she had to do was tape the bag stops to man the register. Another employee decides to take other customers drinks instead of taping up the bag. The other picture is of the incompetent manager not knowing what’s going on in her own store. Last place in the world I would order delivery or mobile from.

Nice comfortable Starbucks. Coffee is always decent th3 food is always horrible. I don't know if this CEO is going to turn things around but there's some new coffee cup policy. Maybe it's okay I think you have to use their hard cup coffees if you want to refill for you gold card members. They did Make me feel easier you don't need to show your card anymore. They deserve a star for that. I think if the CEO fix the pastries I think the company is fixed. 😁😁😁

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. I have never encountered such a horrendous customer experience as I did this morning. From the moment I placed my order, the barista, Beth, was rude, dismissive, and condescending. She gave me a disapproving look and made an unnecessary comment when I ordered my food.
When my order was ready, she called it out with a sarcastic remark, making it clear she had no interest in providing even basic customer service. When I asked for her name, she muttered something under her breath and continued talking to her coworker while glancing at me, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
I don’t typically visit this location, but I stopped by due to a work meeting nearby. Safe to say, I will never be returning. If management cares about customer experience, they need to address this unprofessional behavior immediately.

Located in back corner of shopping plaza. Limited parking due to small parking area in front of coffee shop. No drive through. It's rather small and seating is extremely limited. Service is good and you can usually get foods items. However, some items appear always "sold out".

This Starbucks just got a new makeover and they utilized the space very efficiently, plus it is super cute!! That is nothing to the energy from the staff… this is by far the happiest coffee shop in town!!!
