I’ve been to this location twice now, and the customer service is truly top-notch! Johnny is so friendly and genuinely seems happy to be there. He’s always upbeat, smiling, and makes you feel really welcome.
The drinks taste amazing, and the place is very clean.
My only downside is that a venti latte runs about $12 — but since it’s inside the casino, that’s pretty expected. Overall, great drinks and excellent customer service at this location!

Not a great ambience, food is always bad at US Starbucks, and the prices are ridiculous. It's basically double what's out at retail stores because it's in the casino I guess. Give you some advice buy your pastries and coffee at the coffee shop in the casino, it's cheaper and better tasting than Starbucks I still don't know why Starbucks can't serve better pastries. Other Starbucks around the world can do a great job on the pastries and food but the US Starbucks has the worst pastries in the world. I literally mean that.

The black employee named Christina doesn’t look happy at her job she keep asking what my order what while making it when she has the receipt in front of her, she was in bad mood as I can see we did a mobile order and wanted to add more items so got in line to the register she was rude and said you need to go stand in the other side not in the line we responded we want to buy more and she rolled her eyes. Bad service zero stars
