Horrible service! Went through the drive thru and asked to redeem my points for my drink. The girl wasn’t listening and charged my card and because my card didn’t have enough I owed more. I even asked her if she redeemed my points and she said no. She laughed it off and say “my bad”. Didn’t even offer to fix it.FIRE HER IMMEDIATELY! My receipt number is #684088 time stamped at 2:34 pm. Check your security cameras to see who she is as she never gave her name.I even tried calling and they hung up on me with no answer. Worse Starbucks ever!

My son’s doctor’s office is right down the street from here so I decided to get a coffee. I’m not always a big fan of Starbucks sometimes because they’re not very consistent with their flavor and some overdo it with the ice. I ordered a iced pumpkin spice with sweet cream. And let me tell you it did not disappoint. They were generous with everything not just the ice. Great customer service, Quick efficient and it was delicious!! This location is by far the best I’ve ever tried.

I hardly ever go to Starbucks....offered to bring a coffee to a friend so I got one for myself too.Ordered an 'ice coffee, no sugar, no flavor'. I told the cashier 'just iced coffee with cream in it'. Got to where I was and it had sugar in it. Threw the whole thing in the garbage. Meant to take a pic to bring it back.

Starbucks inside this target has gone downhill.Today the launch for the Stanley Cup ft. SB came out, and all I asked was if they were going to get any more cups. I'm sure that's a super annoying question, being that it's probably been asked 1 million times. But at the end of the day, I didn't ask before, so the attitude was unnecessary, especially from someone who doesn't follow personal appearance standards; she looked the most disheveled. She needs to brush her hair and brush up on her customer service skills.

Not sure what happened. But waited for over 30 min for our 2 drinks. I got tired of waiting and seeing others after us get their drinks so I asked for a refund. I counted 7 working, if that is short staffed then systems need review. Disappointed.

Nice local, can be slow service in the afternoons. Parking can be an issue due to poor design for drive-through and delivery blocking entrance. There is an entrance at the other end of the parking lot that is better.

I had a 30 minute break from work. I waited 20 min for my drink and when they called another customer I ask about mine. To which they never made it and had to request a refund due to me having to return to work.

How long before your blender is fixed to make Fraps? We went the other week and it was broken. We go back today and it's still broken. Uhhhhh I find that ridiculous. I wouldn't be as upset if it were for myself. My kids were looking forward to using their Target gift card there and were very disappointed.
