Ashley is the star that shines at this location. I have lived in this area for over 10 years so this is my home Starbucks and Ashley has been here for as long as I can remember. I order several different drinks that I like with various customizations and she always makes my drinks correctly 10/10 times. Not only is she efficient but she is also very fast. I have never had to wait a long time for my drink when she is working and if I mobile order it's always ready when I walk in. Shes super friendly and hardworking. She remembers my name and acknowledges me every time I walk in no matter how busy she is (which not all of the employees do) with a smile. I hope starbucks is doing everything they can to keep Ashley around and giving her the recognition she deserves.

They had me waiting in line for 10 minutes in the drive-through. When I got my food it was cold. I asked them if they could remake it so I waited longer, and when they gave me my sandwich, I took a bite out of it, and the cheese was still Cold and not melted. another five minutes added out of my time for a sandwich that I didn't even eat. Horrible experience.

CASEY, NICOLE!! You two are the reason why I come through this drive through. They enjoy customers and they understand great customer service. I literally love coming and I pray Casey and Nicole are working. Casey is so easy going. You could mess up your order 7 times and he would be like "don't worry a bit we love you" lol!! Nicole recognizes me by my voice! They also remember my order I get most frequently. These two are AMAZING

Just got back from the Drive-thru at this Starbucks on Bicentennial. The girl who took the order and who also was the person at the window has TERRIBLE customer service.An entitled worker who doesn't understand that we, as the local customers, are the reason that she has a job. She provides her customer service with an attitude when she greets you at the window. If you don't order your drinks in the 'correct order', i.e. Iced Carmel Macchiato vs. Carmel Macchiato Iced, she'll argue with you and state that you didn't say it correctly.Management needs to fix this young employee before she turns away more customers like us. So glad there are more Starbucks stores now in the area. This store won't survive with people like her.

Just came in to reload my card in an unfamiliar area. Plenty of parking within this shopping center. Baristas/cashiers were nice. Can't complain.

Friendly little Starbucks, I think the staff regularly sample their own brews judging by their enthusiasm. Spent my pre gym mornings here over the holidays and was grateful for a place to escape to where they knew my name by day 3 (never happens in London). Thanks guys.

I've been inside this Starbucks 4 times having just moved here. Each time I've gone inside because of long drive thru lines. EACH time I've been there. 100% of the time. Every single visit I have stood inside; a SINGLE customer l, watched 5-6 employees all scurrying around ...doing something that had nothing to do with my drink. Each visit resulted in a 10-20 minute visit since it's NOT geared for in store visits. Rather, every call in and drive thru order is completed while the actual human in front of you waits. It's Christmas Eve and my husband went to get my Starbucks for Christmas and asked me to call in the order since he is not a Starbucks patron and he prefers not to spend Christmas morning there. Right. I called the store and they told me to use the app or drive thru or come to the store. Apparently human employees cannot take orders for pick up. I won't put the app on my phone for a business that has fallen short with each engagement and I won't be back. There are too many options for other businesses that sell coffee (that's all Starbucks is anymore) without the "Soup N**** mentality. Merry Christmas

I'm writing this review not only as a customer but on behalf of my dog. This is easily the best and kindest Starbucks store! I'm a teacher, so I've been to a few in my lifetime. We started coming here about a year ago and now they know us by name, they know our dog by name and even customize his pup cups. Whether we come at 5am or 8am, they are happy and kind to all. They are patient with every customer and situation and truly look like they enjoy working with others. We do mobile order in both drive thru and cafe and they are always prompt with our orders. I am so grateful for the team at this Starbucks for making sure that we, along with our pup, always get the day started off positive.

My thing about Starbucks is they are so consistent and you just cannot beat their lattes you will not get a bitter coffee here the attention to detail is excellent excellent I don't like their politics but I still go to the business once in a while
