Unfortunately, I could not get what I asked for even when I tried to correct the person at the register. I was going to that location since 2011, but my friend is lactose intolerant, so he needed a coffee with a splash of steamed milk and white mocha flavor. She was dead set on giving me a latte, which has mostly milk... I tried to correct her, but after she told me I couldn't order a coffee, that way, she gave me a latte.

I come to this Starbucks all the time and the staff has always been awesome. Today though, Ryan went above and beyond. I came through the drive-thru and when I made it to the window, he realized my order had been made wrong. He acknowledged it, apologized, and without me asking, fixed the order. I appreciated it so much that he had paid attention and provided excellent customer service!

3.74 for large cup coffee they just opened,Girls trying to earn a living owner is pretty much scalping people.Hey people for a good cup of coffee, McDonald's $1.29 any size and refills across the street.!!I gave only one star for atmosphere because some guy was standing there next to kiosk telling girls" do what I tell you " before I ordered.Anthony CoglianoReside at the Madison

Quick stop-in in the mornings always hits the spot. My daughter tries new drinks everytime. Staff is great always kind, informative, and honest about drinks we may not like.The girls there in the mornings ate just amazing can't be beat.

This is the 3rd time I ordered carmel ribbon crunch and they hardly give any Carmel or crunch sprinkles. I'm better off going to Albertson's or target. They're not stingy over there.
