The service is always exceptional. To the woman at the drive through today around 4pm said my haircut/color looked good it really made my day when I haven’t had too many good days. I’ll drive across town for this Starbucks anyway anytime!

Visited this establishment twice, first experience was a drive thru, Ashley was on point when taking and completing my order. Second visit was a walk in. Service was really slow, it almost seemed to be understaffed as the register went unmanned for quite some time as customers lined up. I got back in line to place a second order, but decided not to as I waited for nearly ten minutes at that point and there were only two people in front of me. My recommendation is for a drive thru order but not a sit down visit.

Really like this location, great coffee and staff. The baristas here are great, they always make you feel welcomed. On my recent visit Kayla was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely come back to this location.

I live up the street to this Starbucks. you know I had to make a Yelp review. anyway, today (01/05) would have to be the FIRST and MOST ANNOYING experience I had with this Starbucks location. today was my first day at my new job and I had to be there by 10am. I left my house at 9:15am so I had time to go get Starbucks before I had to drive 20 minutes to my new job. BUT THAT WASN'T IN THE CARDS FOR ME AND I JUST F***ING WANTED MY STARBUCKS. there was a LONG line at the drive-thru and the parking spots by their door were all occupied!!! knowing this location, the drivee-thru would've been at least 15 minutes wait going by how SLOW they are. NOPE! DID NOT HAVE TIME TODAY! it was 9:20-ish so, I thought I would still have some time to go to the Starbucks on the St. Rose/Spencer location... NO! COULD'NT WAIT FOR THAT LONG LINE IN THE DRIVE-THRU EITHER! like what the hell is going on here?! do these Starbucks employees know how busy it gets in the mornings?! don't they have the common decency to know that A LOT of people like their coffee before they head to work or what?! WHY IS EVERY DRIVE-THRU SO SLOW!!!!?????? my goodness, that wasn't even the worst part. after work, around 2:15pm, I had went back to the Starbucks near my house, and guess what? their drive-thru was CLOSED??????!!!! parking lot is still full!!!????? they had put up a sign for the closed drive-thru, um... EXCUSE ME? people are tired, they don't want to get out of their cars, but the drive-thru is closed???!!!!! DOES GOD NOT WANT ME TO HAVE MY STARBUCKS TODAY? jesus christ!!!!!!!! so annoyed and irritated. it's okay, I don't want y'all taking my money anyway with your overpriced coffee!

I was told I was speaking too loudly on my phone lol and was scolded and publicly humiliated. Meanwhile there were several loud conversations in the background. I was told people were studying. Starbucks librarian is on power trip never going to this location again what a joke!

I love every single employee at this Starbucks, they bring me love, joy and smiles every single day, and when my Father Mike Roth passed away a week ago this Thursday, these beautiful men and women...they held me, they comforted me, they blessed me with beautiful flowers, cards and a gift - WHO DOES that!!!! They do!!! I love you Starbucks Eastern and Coronado and my family could never express in words what you all mean to us, keep on keepin’ on! Love - Jill
They are fast at drive through overall....slower at counter,due to focus on drive through but not as slow at counter as others.all the staff in my last 30 visits, professional,and courteous.... didn't take pics others appear adequate for location, bathrooms slightly better than others( cleanliness)

My husband and I frequently visit this Starbucks (always great coffee and service). All it takes is one really bad experience to change your opinion though. It has become a common trend to pay for the person behind you in the drive thru. I personally love that people start this and find it extremely thoughtful. Today my husband offered to pay for the person behind and that total was 40+ dollars. Everything was perfectly fine until he saw that the person behind him received one coffee and left. He proceeded to call the store to get answers and got a number of excuses. Long story short... it took a couple dishonest employees to completely change our opinion of this location.

This place never used the customer service is mean even some employees looks like a supervisor or Manager is mean , this is my employee fired right away. I ordered 2 coffee and not even can pay because don't have a change for a $100 this is rud customer service ever see.
