NOT BUYING HERE ANYMORE. I went for a drive thru and one of the barista/cashier that works here looks like she was under influenced. She was a black female that worked yesterday around 6:15pm (07/23/2025) I go here most of the time, everybody was great except her because she scared me. She was stuttering and very unsteady, she sounded drunk or in drugs, its like she was gonna pass out. She was standing close to the window asking me the same question over and over how my day is going. I asked her if she's okay and she said yes and admitted that she is stuttering. I asked the asian female lady that she works with her if she's okay and she said yes. I dont know bout this but I'm a nurse and I know if you are under influenced and if you are not acting right.

I drove up to this location this morning 05/26 and due to a sign that said closed. I drove up to the window and because I didn't order at the speaker I was told to go back around and order back thru the drive thru. I was at the window for the inconvenience she said of took my order. I just drove off one location I will not come back to.

Just had a horrible racist experience that left me in tears Thanks Syd for reminding me that I am black and only what is happening in white customers lives are important Syd also accused me of leaving a bad review i assume she thought i was London on the reviews below I visit this store 5-6 days a week but I was told the other lady was a regular customer I guess that’s not regular enough to be treating like a human being ***Beware if you are of color for Syd making your drinks she shows signs of being a racist

It is urgent that all Starbucks have lactose-free milk, Starbucks here in the United States never has them and it is basic!!!! Almond or soy is not lactose-free milk…

The location I frequent is very inconsistent. Most times, they give me the wrong milk( I order oat milk and they give me regular milk) or my coffee is very light, almost white as if no coffee is added but my husband's is super dark. This has been an ongoing issue. It is convenient so I keep going bit frequenting another coffee shop now as it's too aggravating to deal with.
