Today we had an amazing experience at Starbucks thanks to Ashley A. My husband, my daughter and I were truly impressed with her service. She was extremely kind, attentive, patient, and her sweet attitude really made a difference.

Ashley A even prepared a custom caffeine-free drink for me, and it was delicious. All of our products were perfect fresh, flavorful, and exactly as advertised.

The store was spotless, beautifully lit, with great music and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

What we appreciated the most, besides the quality of the drinks, was the customer service. You can tell when someone loves what they do, and Ashley A definitely reflects that in every interaction.

If you’re looking for a Starbucks where you’ll be welcomed, enjoy delicious drinks, and receive exceptional service, this is the place. Ashley A is simply amazing and deserves recognition.

I don’t know if the employees are just miserable working there but the drive thru staff have the WORST customer service. Not a “please, thank you or have a good day” in sight. I’m not difficult whatsoever, I always say please and thank you and try to be really friendly, even though it’s not reciprocated. Drive thru staff doesn’t say anything to you after they hand you your drink. It’s like “okay, now get out of my drive thru” energy. Please do better.

The customer service for the drive thru is good depending on who you get. It’s a nice bubbly girl there in the a.m sometimes. Anyway, I’m leaving a review due to Starbucks ridiculous price increases and prices in general. I took the app off of my phone to avoid frequent visits and the prices alone are turning me allllll the way off. Since when a pumpkin loaf go from $3.25 to $4.61. I can’t stand the inconsistency in the prices. Also , $3.65 for one donut 🍩 is insane. Do better and stop changing the prices so frequently like no one is going to notice.

The inconsistency in beverage preparation at this Starbucks location is a concern. On every visit, I have noticed that my drinks taste different from those I have had at other Starbucks locations. Additionally, the staff appears to be rushing to fulfill orders, which is surprising given that I was the sole customer last night and experienced a significant delay in receiving my order. This has been a recurring issue during each of my visits to this location. As a customer who is willing to pay for quality beverages, I find it disappointing to pay nearly $8 for a drink that is frequently prepared incorrectly. I would advise others to avoid this location and instead visit the new Starbucks on Sunset and 95, where the staff is notably more courteous.

This location is a hidden gem. Everytime I've gone there has been a line, despite that I have never waited longer than few minutes to get my orders. Always friendly and quick!
