I noticed that this Starbucks if they mess up your drink order and ask them to change it out they make the new one to taste watered down or no flavor. First time it ever happen to me today but have had friends and family members notice as well.

This place is great, there was a total deranged guy in there mumbling at everybody and walking and staring at you out of his mind like sitting in a mental hospital for an hour with people actually leaving and me the customer was thinking of calling the police or something or leaving but why do paying customers have to leave or resolve the situation, black people can't even sit peacefully without harassment if theyre buying something and a white nut job can harass the whole place for hours with nobody doing anything, the guy says cause their policy is to create an environment for everyone to relax, real relaxing, call the police if you're too scared to something

Every time the barista with the beard and mustache works, there's a 30 minute wait and it looks like this. Makes us late to work on these mornings. Might need to be retrained on Starbucks standards. Everyone else is good.

They are so slow! I make sure to order ahead and I still ended up waiting 15 more minutes.
This Starbucks has been the worst one that I have came across with. They have messed up my drink and still didn’t care about it whatsoever.They don’t care about customers at this location.I had to call the customer service for their mistake and get their mistake fixed.Luckily the customer service was so apologetic and nice, but I wish that staff members would be more like that.I am not going back to that place again, until they hire new people that deserve that job.

Drive thru is always long so went inside I’m the only person… no one greets you… or says be with you shortly… you just stand there like an idiot until they’re ready. All I ordered was a pink drink and 2 croissants how did the drink get made first and I waited tooooooo long for 2 croissants. I know they were busy with drive thru but no reason to neglect the inside of the coffee shop. I only go to Starbucks for my kiddo so yea I’ll drive to a further one next time this one always has issues…

The worse staff ever and management. They treat homeless like s*** . They treat us like we are nothing. They need to all be fired and a head corporate boss needs to come and watch how they treat homeless people. They are very rude. And they are not respectful to people with service dogs they treat them like s*** . I have called 12 times or more asking to talk to higher higher up and I don't get that.
