They always care about customers. They are energetic. Everything is great to drink your coffee, be relaxed and focus on whatever you have to do.

i came through the drive thru to order water, she denied me and said i had to pay for it. i said that’s no problem i will pay for it and she still denied it. i told her i would purchase something and she told me no. it was 105 degrees today and i just wanted to purchase water. if that’s a new policy, that’s crazy because i was a customer i just wanted to add a cup of water in addition. will not be returning. there was no one in the drive thru nor inside. it was dead. makes sense.

These people need to learn to service a drive thru. It is not OK to make people wait 15 minutes for 1 GD vehicle.

It wasn't until I got home that I saw this and it made my day. Thanks so Matcha! I'm equidistant from 3(!) Starbucks and this will be the only one I'll go to.

Nice location, with nice seating. Service does not seem to care though. Ask for my name, call out names for other orders and then call my order out instead of my name. And a flat white shouldn’t have 3 inches of foam (it’s supposed to be flat!). Also served way too hot and completely burnt. Weird for a company that is based around coffee and experience.

Best Starbucks in town. Super cool staff. They know my order and have it going before I even walk in the door. I say everyone there should get a raise.

Always a welcoming and friendly place where they work hard to get your order just right. The people working here seem happy too so it must be well managed.

They closed a hour early. They had a delivery guy in the front confused too why they closed on him.

Proof of their hours. Should not have been closed at 7:10pm

In the sprawling desert wasteland of Henderson, where suburban blahs meet sand-swept reality, this Starbucks at 3251 Bicentennial Pkwy stands as an oasis of caffeinated community. The space strikes a perfect balance between industrial chic and desert warmth, with exposed black beams playing nice with wooden accents – like a mullet haircut that somehow earned an architecture degree.

The layout feels carefully considered, offering enough seating variations to accommodate both the lonely laptop warriors and the local moms' groups who've made this their unofficial parliament building. The staff, consistently praised in reviews, manages to maintain their cheerfulness even when the line stretches longer than a Nevada summer day.

What truly sets this location apart isn't just its impressive 4.6-star rating or its meticulously organized retail wall (though props to whoever color-coordinates those tumblers with military precision). It's how this corporate coffee outpost has become a crucial "third place" in a soulless sprawling neighborhood that otherwise has all the organic community feeling of a real estate investment spreadsheet.

In a desert development where community ties could easily be as dry as the surrounding landscape, this Starbucks has become something rather special – proof that sometimes it takes a multinational coffee chain to create a local watering hole. You can reach them at +1 702-745-1155, though if you're looking for signs of life in Henderson's suburban savanna, just follow the parade of cars to the drive-thru line. After all, nothing says "thriving community center" quite like a frappuccino queue that can be seen from space.
