Very disappointing service. I approached the barista politely and asked if my drink could be remade because it was watery and tasteless. Instead of changing the drink, she simply added more syrup, which didn’t fix the issue at all.
This happened on December 16. On top of that, the bathrooms were in very poor condition—dirty and unpleasant.

Like other Starbucks, it gears toward mobile and drive in orders. Long wait for orders inside the store , even as simple as a black coffee. Maybe there are not even used anymore to order as simple as black coffee with sugar and cream.
