Drink, accuracy and customer service is hit or miss at this location, but mostly miss!! It’s unfortunate because it’s the closest location to my home. I pay good money for Starbucks and I expect to get a good product but unfortunately at this location it’s just hard to get that.

I don’t mind paying for a premium coffee but when I ask for a sleeve because coffees hot and I’m told we don’t give them for tall drinks. I spend a lot on Starbucks. Makes me not want to go anymore.

I came in and ordered from Dave and he was so friendly and upbeat and he really made my day. My drink was on point and delicious and you’re usually in and out of this location pretty quick.

This Starbucks has really cleaned up its act! It’s cleaner, they are keeping the buy nothing table occupiers out. The cleanliness has greatly improved, friendly staff. Tables, floors, trash cans… everything is kept very clean. I love the changes that have been made. An example is the glass coffee mugs, the sugar packets are back.
It’s a great, clean environment!

I come here every morning and it seems like the drive thru wait lines are getting worse. You would think they have a better system. I’m going to have to switch locations because I can’t do this anymore.

Unbelievable! Staff didn't know types of coffee brewing. Staff left lid off and I spilled hot coffee on my hand. Told Staff and they handed me a towel to clean the floor. I'm a customer not an employee. Then no offer of apology. No replacement lid just a towel to do their job. Customer service has hit the bottom of the toilet. My hand hurts.

I’m a regular at this location, today after a long drive back from camping I pull up to the drive thru the monitor was black not working I waited for a response heard nothing so I pulled up to the window to order and the cashier was really rude and had horrible attitude simply because I didn’t order at the black broken screen. Anyways I decided not to order and just left! Really wish she could have just taken my order and not thrown a fit. I drove home tiered and just made myself a coffee.

In the caffe I have no problem but again it is horrible to buy a caffe and give you a glass halfway..., with sacrifice you go through your caffe in the morning and they come out with your glass in half this sinsibly is a Starbucks fraud.

Typically this location is great and the staff is super friendly when I pick up my orders. There have only been less than a handful of times where there was a mistake or they were backed up and I had to wait additional time for a mobile pick up order.Although this is the second time I've had a mobile order messed up. I ordered a venti and was given a grande for the second time. The first time I caught it during pick up and they switched the drink out. This second time around my friend picked up our order and was not aware of the size mistake since I had placed our order. I called the store and they said I would have to be in the store for any kind of "fix" to happen. So I drove back to the store with the drink. The lady said I could keep the grande drink and she would make me a venti "free" of charge. I tried to explain how it wasn't free because I originally paid for a venti and wasted additional gas having to leave work to go back to fix the order. It's not free of charge when that is what I originally ordered. Another employee quickly stepped in and offered a $4 store credit instead.Like I said, good location but they do have to work on checking to make sure they are making/serving the correct order.

I can't give this location enough praise. Everyone is always in good spirits and on point with serving up an "above and beyond" customer experience. Special shout outs to Aaron and Haley, always uplifting and putting a smile on my face. Thanks team, keep it up!!!

I received the wrong drinks three times. I explained to one of the baristas that I received a cold brew instead of a chai latte and she stated they are the same thing, one of them (the cold brew) just has cold foam. I work as a barista myself so I knew that was incorrect and she didn’t insist on making a new one at all. Another 10 minutes go past and I still don’t have the frap that was made incorrectly and I’m trying my best to be patient. One of the other baristas were very helpful and she’s genuinely the reason this rating isn’t one star. She made both drinks over for me and apologized. She also made them very quickly and we didn’t have to wait around. I can’t remember her name or anything but just know I’m thanking you if you read this by chance.
