The staff are NOT friendly when asking them questions they act like your bothering them at work they are NOT knowledgeable of the drinks and they were SLOW............ I came into a empty store and waited close to 10 minutes for 2 drinks

I have been a regular at this location since it is close to the park that my son has soccer practice. I recommend ordering in the app and doing pickup. My order is finished in 5 minutes on average. You can pick up in the drive through or inside. They have a nice seating area if you want to wait or hang out inside. Staff is always quick and my order is always correct. They have clean bathrooms as well that require a number code to get in. Ask someone at the register for the code and then you can get in. I love their protein boxes withe egg of the Swiss and Ham croissant for food.

This has got to be the 5th or 6th they couldn't get my order right. Simple order. So simple. Asked for nitro cold coffee... got a hot black coffee, order an iced mocha... got it hot... asked for no whip... had whip. It's one thing after the another. Very frustrating. I don't feel like waiting every time for them to remake my drink so I end up drinking whatever they decided to give me that day. Coffee roulette I suppose.

I like this Starbucks but when you order two coffees and you ask them which one is black and they tell you it's labeled on the cup that tells me poor training. NO TIP NADA ZERO.

Hands down our FAVORITE Starbucks. We go out of our way even to come to this specific location. We've always had a great experience here. They always make our drinks to perfection. The staff is warm, friendly and just overall awesome. The dining area inside and out are new and well kept and always clean!

Typically this location is great and the staff is super friendly when I pick up my orders. There have only been less than a handful of times where there was a mistake or they were backed up and I had to wait additional time for a mobile pick up order.Although this is the second time I've had a mobile order messed up. I ordered a venti and was given a grande for the second time. The first time I caught it during pick up and they switched the drink out. This second time around my friend picked up our order and was not aware of the size mistake since I had placed our order. I called the store and they said I would have to be in the store for any kind of "fix" to happen. So I drove back to the store with the drink. The lady said I could keep the grande drink and she would make me a venti "free" of charge. I tried to explain how it wasn't free because I originally paid for a venti and wasted additional gas having to leave work to go back to fix the order. It's not free of charge when that is what I originally ordered. Another employee quickly stepped in and offered a $4 store credit instead.Like I said, good location but they do have to work on checking to make sure they are making/serving the correct order.

I can't give this location enough praise. Everyone is always in good spirits and on point with serving up an "above and beyond" customer experience. Special shout outs to Aaron and Haley, always uplifting and putting a smile on my face. Thanks team, keep it up!!!

I love this Starbucks. Every time I go in the drive thru I always have a good experience. I went into the store today and the girl aileen that helped me was nasty. She had no emotion. She was super rude when I was trying to open my Starbucks ad like she didn't have the patience. If she's going to have bad customer service I would suggest not having her deal with customers. Hopefully my experience is better next time because I normally love coming to this one. Overall the coffee and food was delicious.

I received the wrong drinks three times. I explained to one of the baristas that I received a cold brew instead of a chai latte and she stated they are the same thing, one of them (the cold brew) just has cold foam. I work as a barista myself so I knew that was incorrect and she didn’t insist on making a new one at all. Another 10 minutes go past and I still don’t have the frap that was made incorrectly and I’m trying my best to be patient. One of the other baristas were very helpful and she’s genuinely the reason this rating isn’t one star. She made both drinks over for me and apologized. She also made them very quickly and we didn’t have to wait around. I can’t remember her name or anything but just know I’m thanking you if you read this by chance.

I stopped by Smith's Marketplace on 08/13/2023 to check it out after hearing good stuff about the place apx @ 0735. When I pulled into the parking lot I saw a Starbucks sign on their their building. I have a mug I bought & want to return it so i grabbed it to bring it in with me & stop by Starbucks. Starbucks is on your right when you walk in & it was busy! There was a line with about 7 people in it & only 2 females working. I hoped that it would move fast so I wandered around the area checking out the flower shop & cooler with cut up fruit and kept eyeing the line and it barely moved so I decided to go check out Smith's. After spending a good amount of time in Smith's it was time to go but I decided to go check out the Starbucks line again & there was no one in it so I headed over along with another lady who got there first. Once I got up to the counter the lady was very friendly & nice. She greeted me right away. I had seen her interaction with the lady in front of me and she was as just nice, friendly, smiling & happy with both of us. I told her how I bought a mug @ Starbucks inside Resort World & wanted to return it. At first she told me I had to go to the Smith's customer service counter to return it but her co-worker overheard our conversation and told me that I wouldn't be able to return it here due to Smith's owning them. I asked if trying the Starbucks store in their parking lot may be better and they weren't sure but said to give it a try. Which I did BTW & they couldn't take it either. The girl apologized for not being able to help me out. I didn't get anything to eat or drink while here. I'm giving this Starbucks a 4 star due to the slow service....the cashier wouldn't do so well if it was a drive thru...lol Don't come here if your in a hurry.....But I was glad that both ladies were nice, friendly & it showed that they like their jobs, which is always a plus!
