Honestly never had a positive experience at this starbucks, the drinks taste bad and the service is always super bad. I recommend going into smiths or going down lake mead to the other starbucks.

Ordered the pecan cortado and it’s scorching hot. I took a sip and right away, burnt my entire mouth. I don’t think I’m gonna have any more of this. The flavor isn’t there either because it’s so hot. This is not just hot hot. This is lawsuit hot nobody should be serving coffee this hot to anybody. This coffee is so hot that I can’t hold the cup in my hands more than a few seconds. I’ve been to other Starbucks locations and none of them served the drink this hot, which is why I ordered it here thinking I would get the same standard of drink making that I previously received at the other locations. Real coffee drinkers know that coffee made extremely hot like this ruins it and it doesn’t taste the same. You should be able to drink it right away without waiting for it to cool off. This is why I normally go to an actual coffee house not mainstream coffee. Starbucks is no longer luxury coffee. They lost that reputation years and years ago. The reason for visiting Starbucks today was because I had been given a five dollar gift card and wanted to use it. Won’t be coming back to spend my own money at Starbucks again.

I go to Starbucks all over Henderson and Las Vegas so I can say is the best Starbucks employee hands down! Thanks for being awesome pink hair guy 😎

Be sure you taste your beverage before leaving the drive thru, too many times they have made my drink incorrectly, such as missing sweetener and beverage was bitter.

Its 1:53 pm sept 31,2025z If there was a Zero I would press on that. It took me 14 minutes to order in drive thru. Then, the person taking the order Is Rude. If I could swear I would. still in line at drive thru and people are really upset . Glad to know I am not the only one. Ok now, it has taken Me 32 minutes to get my order. I Will Never Again Come Here!!! Don’t come to this location!

at around 12 - 12:15 today I had an employee with the name nicole have me say my whole order through the drive through just to rudely disregard my whole order and then tell me to just pull up to the window and they would take my order and i was already waiting in line for way too long and doing this just took way longer and she wasn’t polite about it at all i wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re looking for good customer service.
