I came to the Starbucks after leaving a different Starbucks at the sunset hotel because my first experience there was terrible and my second experience started out terrible so I just left and came to this one.

I have been a loyal, consistent customer of the Starbucks at Julia & Warm Springs in Las Vegas for years ever since COVID hit, I’ve placed orders every single weekend, spending a frankly disgusting amount of money at this location. That loyalty means nothing to your company clearly.
Today was the last straw.
I placed a large order via Uber Eats as I do every Saturday and Sunday for my family only to find out that after the order was taking unusually long, that the store let a random person walk out with it. No verification, no accountability, no diligence. They simply handed it off.
When I called the store to figure out what happened, their response was absolutely passive and dismissive. I was told to call Uber Eats which is laughable, because Uber Eats has no phone support. Their own app says the store has a merchant support line they can contact. I called the store again to relay this to them and they just shrugged it off.
I asked for a manager this time around. Big mistake. The manager could not have cared less. No apology. No effort. Just another robotic referral to Uber Eats. Not a hint of ownership, empathy, or attempt to make things right for a regular customer who’s spent hundreds if not thousands at this store over the past few years.
I’m done.
Done with this store. And frankly, done with Starbucks as a whole. If this is how long-time, loyal customers are treated when your own staff makes the mistake, there’s reason to keep supporting your brand.

This is the closest Starbucks to my home, I can literally walk to them, but I go to the one on wigwam and the 215 because they are a lot nicer and they have great customer service. This location at Julia has the worst customer service I’ve experienced at any Starbucks and I am a person that goes daily to get coffee. You can feel the negative energy as soon as you walk in there and those girls are not friendly at all, not one of them. I can’t stand them. They need to hire a new crew.

I like this Starbucks. It’s not a big location, but it’s very nice . They don’t have a drive-thru , but they do have a small outside seating. The shop is always clean and inviting. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I always enjoy my cappuccino at this location and have a great experience. The staff is always friendly and courteous. They always welcome you with a smile 😃. Never had a problem . Definitely recommend it.
