This has been my go to Starbucks for almost 6 years. I have enjoyed the experience until the past 6 months or so. Aaron and Danny have since left to open the new location in Henderson as well as most of their staff. The quality is now so bad, my drinks are almost always made wrong, staff is nasty about correction of their mistakes, wait times are longer, the crew look miserable and so much more. It’s sad to see a staple go to shit.
Ran in on a Saturday morning after seeing the super long drive thru line and received (and witnessed) the most attentive customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks location. It was very busy and loud inside, but each employee acknowledged me, asked how they could help, and once even checked on my order since I was waiting by the pickup counter. The baristas ran food/drinks out to dine-in customers as well. I didn’t catch any names, but my highest regards and respect go out to this team for delivering an excellent customer experience in a chaotic environment.

Dani was seriously the sweetest. I’m just visiting Vegas and she gave me a warm welcome, opened up a conversation and offered if I would like a water cup as well seeing as I had just finished a run. As a Starbucks partner in Utah, this is exactly who I love to see while away from home

I come to this location often, they used to do a great job and had amazing service. Its gotten worse lately and the people arent as friendly. I always get a pink drink when I go and lately its been different each time, super watered down with coconut milk, today I asked for extra base but then I got a cup full of ice.

The matcha crème Frappuccino was very tasty and sweet. They also had the best peppermint mocha I’ve ever tasted in a Starbucks. I also like the concept of using actual cups and mugs to reduce waste.

Came by yesterday at 4:20ish and nearly got whiplash from the sass on the barista at the drive thru window. We admittedly had a messy order. We accept accountability for that. We told him sorry the first time he said please order at the box next time. He continued to scold us again though and said "we're not gonna do this next time, right?" after he handed us the additional drink we added. We tipped on the drink and asked for an additional water as well since we couldn't get it out quick enough when we added our drink, and he then went off on us like we were kindergarteners. He could have just told us to rejoin the line again or come inside at any point, as we had politely asked if it was possible to add the drink to begin with. Instead he chose to unleash his bad mood and talk to us like we'd committed a crime. The tone was wild for the lack of seriousness in the issue. Just tell people to go back around if it's their mess up, we would've understood! We aren't Karen's and understand when requests can't be fulfilled. Service workers deserve respect and it's what we gave by ASKING for a courtesy, fully understanding the answer could be no. That wasn't reciprocated and there was zero excuse for that.

I’ve came here for years and it bothers me that they’ve gone down hill. They charge more for extras (for example; extra caramel drizzle) and there’s been multiple times I’ve driven off without my extra caramel. Insane to me that years ago when Starbucks didn’t charge for it they actually got my order right and now that I’m paying for it, I don’t get what I’m asking for. I hate to be that person as well that comes back when it’s busy and asks you to remake an order when I know you guys don’t have the time and neither do I. I wish you guys would just make what people ask for. Or when you do give me extra caramel it’s like a tiny miniature line ugh

Vegetarian options: no vegetarian cake pop. we should create vegetarian cake pops made out of vegetarian and normal cake pop recipes.
Dietary restrictions: removed sweet tooth. created a black hole of multiple sweet tooths. they are not my teeth. hlep
Parking: the parking was amazing. did not know that there were lines on the ground to show I should park there. I usually parked on the roof but was seen and had to evacuate Jupiter

If I could rate this a 0 I would. This Starbucks location is very unprofessional and very rude. Also the coffee is not hitting the same like other locations. The management team is very rude as well
