They charge more for extras (for example; extra caramel drizzle) and there’s been multiple times I’ve driven off without my extra caramel. I have been coming to this Starbucks location for years and I’ve crossed paths with many of the workers. One stood out to me though, her name is Valerie. She was so sweet and kind to me when I placed my order. She had the biggest smile on her face and I’ve never experience better customer service than I have with her. The people here are always energetic and super nice.
