I went to the Sticks and Shakes in the Galleria mall. This place is TERRIBLE!! I ordered a shake and 5 piece churros. The churros were undercooked and cold in the center. When I took it back up there the two guys made no effort to fix it and looked like they did not care. There are plenty of other places to eat at the mall. Don’t waste your time on this location.

This was my first time going and I got the Coffee Mocha Shake. They charged me $8 and it was the most inedible shake I've ever had. The first five sips were delightful but every single one afterwards was unbearable. The chocolate and coffee mixture didn't taste anything of what a mocha should taste like, and they put some sort of boba substance in it that was extremely cheap. It wasn't sweet or chewy, instead it taste like some sort of berry and was super soft. It was also super small, which meant large portions could go through the straw at once, and several times I got large amounts to the point where I started to gag. After finishing the drink (barely), I continued to have a stomach-ache for the next hour. Don't go here for their shakes, super overpriced and frankly terrible.

Pricey, located on the second level across from the food court area, but always so delicious and good for one cup of Dole pineapple soft serve ice cream that is super tall and doesn't melt. Very fresh and not artificial flavor. Tastes like the ones you get in Hawaii. It's a very good ice cream with a freezing texture. I always come here whenever I am in town to order the same ice cream. Plenty of tables and chairs in front of this tiny store. Staff and customers are very friendly. If you need to go to the restrooms, it's in the far back right side of the food court you see sitting by your chairs. Very convenient, stress free, and well lit up location. Everyone is happy. I only come here for the pineapple soft serve ice cream in a cup, but they do have many more goodies to select from.

We went on a weekend 04/23 and there was a young man and young girl working and they both were annoyed that they had a costumer. Never felt so uncomfortable ordering. Good thing they make things in front of you if not who knows what they would do. They sighed while making our orders and the milkshake the young man made with straight up milk he had the blender full of milk it was horrible all liquid not solid far from a consistency of a Milk shake. The girl made the other milk shake and it wasn't too bad. But once we got our order they sighed and yell ugh. Like if we were a bother to them. Made the vibes all bad. Hire people that actually want to work the way they're suppose to

Pretty inappropriate when we come and we are standing waiting to be seen longer then we should be and my husband looks back in the door and sees the girl worker back there with the long straight hair and glasses massaging a guys leg on the freezer. Then comes running out to assist when she sees my husband caught her. Need new empoyees.

It was OK its way too expensive for a shake when A&W if far better.I think it was contaminated because I couldn't sleep after a regular chocolate shake maybe the tender cross contaminated the chocolate syrup or the ice cream who knows...?♂️ I would not recommend it for children AT ALL.

I was served freezer burnt cheesecakes pops.I was told that the galleria mall was in a nice neighborhood so everything should have been nice including my cheesecakes.
My wife ordered a shake and I got the pineapple soft serve. It tasted ok. Nothing special. Extremely pricy. $4.25 for a sample size cup. Not at all what it looks like in the picture on the menu.

It's very upsetting that I have to pay $0.70 to use my card. I bought 3 Dole ice cream that came out to be $15 and some change, and then they have the nerve to charge me for using my card. I will never step foot in there again. ?
